I think the minion is actually @, but Red doesn't know the minion is @. That's why the minion always follows her around and why it is undead. And also why the minion is given so many chances from Death, because Death pities Red that her husband was killed.

Yeah, I got that game freeze + item doubling bug a while back too. Only once so I didn't figure out why. But it was like, "Hey, free items!"

I had recently entered the dungeon... again. I had a hotkey set to some hearts, but I no longer had those hearts. I was fighting, and dying. I panicked and pushed my hotkey. Nothing seemed to happen, but then I soon found out that I had broken the menu. It would not open at all. Controls started becoming unreliable. And the worst part, was that doors no longer worked. TLDR; Don't push hotkeys for items you don't have anymore. :)

Game is Frozen, i can't move, but i can equip stuff, i equip a teleport hat and it doesn't teleport me away, i'm FROZEN...

I actually need to know something tho: if i equip a cursed item, is it that i can NEVER equip anything else? If not, then how can i know it's cursed before i equip it ? Otherwise awesome game :)

I don't use the bug report feature. I post bugs on games, not just for the Dev., but for the players as well. This is just my opinion but, if you don't read comments on your game, I don't think you're a good Dev.
Or, I could be busy working on patch 1.0.3.
A lot of people have been nice enough to email me bug reports with screenshots and error console data already and I've fixed a lot. No 'chieves just yet, need to have a confirmed stable release.

Kongregate doesn't allow fullscreen games. You can download the game at redrogue.net and that version will play fullscreen and let you use the full keyboard. And it tells you where to download gamepad-to-keyboard input stuff for playing with a gamepad.

Infinite hp and xp if you go up on the first level. When you level, you can also float up and gain a good first weapon.

I play this all the time, but a downloaded version. very unique roguelike, and the menu system is bizarre but intuitive. NOICE

i dont see a report a bug button :/ my bug is that it generated a level where there was a bottleneck with a teleport trap blocking me from the exit.

Da Fuq? I was near a door, and was killed by a Drow. But not in a normal fashion. You know how when you level up, and the lightning kills nearby enemies? Yeah. The Drow did that. Don't try to say it was just my minion, because he is dead; I am still looking at the drow, and a random creature just walking around casually as my vision on the screen begins to blacken. What the heck man? I now know what it feels like to be a monster. It sucks XD

Just had a weird bug happen. I got confused, screen flipped, flipped back, then flipped back again, but this time the screen was froze while the game was still playing. By listening to my combat and getting lucky I was able to kill the monster and enter the door we were near. Screen still frozen. I quit to the menu and continued my game to find that almost all my items and item numbers have been doubled.

@Jib, I'm unsure about monsters leveling on their own without the use of a thrown XP rune or the Chaos effect from a weapon/rune. So far I've only ever killed monsters and they've never quickened on me without the above.

The bug I talked about in my comment just before this one, has corrupted my save. Every time I try to continue all I get is a black screen, with the HP, LVL, and action bars. It shows me as level1, but I was around 15 when the bug happened. It just hangs there, never starting. :'(

I think there is a bug that freezes the game when using old pocket dungeon portals. I was deep down and used a portal to the surface and then started to descend looking for the underworld portal to revive my minion. I came across an old pocket portal and when I used it the game froze just inside.

Do enemies have experience they randomly start with? And can they level up when attacking? Or was this just from the chaos effect? I Just died from a Mimic wearing a chaos helm that immediately sprayed quickening after we touched.

@Toast_OfWar: I think you're getting hit with the special effect of the Lightning weapon. The lure says it's special is emitting quickening. I have one put I've yet to see the quickening activate.

Anybody have any idea what causes monster quickening? I feeling so confident this run and suddenly got killed by some vampire's quickening...
