Love this game, now I just need to start remembering which direction I was headed before looting the robbers caused me to get overloaded. Then I won't get lost in the desert again..at least looting the robbers while I'm lost keeps me stocked with food & water!

A wonderful game if ever I saw one. This game has a steep learning curve, but once you overcome it, you'll find that every component of the game comes together to make something completely and utterly cohesive.

Some of the trade opportunities from the news are just awful...one town had a shortage of cotton (none on the market when I got there), yet they only were paying a few cents more than I bought it for, and I ended up just getting like $20 of profit, not even worth the trip.

Once you get the stuff from the sheriff, sell the donkey for a mule: You'll be a lot faster even though it consumes more. Also, invest in getting the pistol that uses the magnum ammunition early, that thing is VERY good in combat. 2 AP per quick shot, and if you someone with around 12 AP a turn, you can cause roughly 54 points of damage+ per turn.

Shittiest game ever, No way to tell w'm going, no way to tell what distance will cost me what AP, the actual traveling is shotty at best.

Hint of hope from website:17-May-2014: I have just finished the game's story, which was the last big thing to do. There's still a relatively complex feature that needs to be programmed, which is computer controlled caravans, but it won't take very long. The rest are small details. According to my calculations, a public beta version of the game may be released in the beginning of July.

Is there a way to fix a problem with movement, I can get my troops to use 10 AP to go ahead in a straight line, but sometimes I have to manually go little by little or they'll make a turn and waster 3 AP or more.

A note: Do not listen to the Sheriff about Drushlak. The clothes cost around 40 when you get there, the min. price is around 9. Only buy the clothes from there if they cost 10-20$. Transport medicine from there into Caganel instead.

hmmm if you listen to the sheiff he tells you a very profitable route it made me over 10 thousand doll hairs and 3000 $

This game only gives you information about Canagel, Drushlak and Poca Cosa so I often loss money when explore another town

@19171411, Are you sure you didn't use some of the medicine along the way or that you didn't only pay for 100, if not then I suggest explaining the bug a little more.

great game, i like that it is complicated. I am soo looking forward to part 2! maybe you can add a wait button in the sequel, so you wait a certain amount of time in the city or the wild and only need the half of supplies and maybe regain a bit of health. + if you agree, so developer can see

I think this game has a bug, I go buy a lot of medicines in Drushlak. it cost me 2000$ and when I arrive at Poca Cosa it say I only have 100g of mediciens

This Game reminds me in a great way of Jagged Alliance 2, probably my favorite game ever. I love it. The graphics are simplistic but the gameplay is so awesome that it doesn't bother me in the slightest. Alot of thought went into this game and I hope the second part keeps the system as it is and expands on it. This game became one of my favorites among flash games, goes straight to my top 3.

A Thing that does but shouldn't work.
In Poca Cosa I can buy Clothes for 22$ (states a price of 15 at first) and can sell it immidiatly for 27$ (states a price of 48 at first).
Even though the prices are wrong in both cases i still make a profit of 5$ a piece without even moving. I can rebuy and resell 639 Clothes at this moment. Won't exploit it, but the capitalist bastard in me tells me "why not?"

iT NEEDS a desert and battle speed slider,that way it can either be super fast with desert or it can be instant with battle,because I know I can use a istant battle

There are bugs in this game. I tried to exit a town, and appeared the police were attacking me, and then appeared the desert patrol and I become an desert patrol enemy .-.

Hey SugarFreeGames, relax dude! We know quality games like these don't grow in trees, take the time you need! Caravaneer is an awesome game and a sequel would be very nice but don't rush things up, take your time and do your magic!
