I played Tyrant Unleashed before playing the original Tyrant. Both games have their pros and cons and both games do feel totally different from one another despite TU being based closely on WMT.
I decided to start playing WMT at the start of August. logged in maybe 6-7 times a day desperately trying to scramble a half decent deck together in such a short time. What I have learnt in just 2 weeks is that this game offered something that TU never can nor never will. I don't think there will be a CCG around with a similar feel to WMT. It was nice knowing that even online card games can offer a full gameplay experience to F2P players and still survive such a long test of time!
My only regret is that I didn't start playing this game early enough to join more live tournaments, Conquest and Faction wars. Rest in Peace WMT.

Agreed. It's been great fun here with WMT. And it's a shame that the Devs didnt make this game even better, instead of making one that takes loads of money to be able to have a decent deck to stand any chance. Long live WMT, and the heck with TU forever! See you guys in another game or world! GL and have fun!

Your new game looks and feels like trash, has less content, and is overall worse. Why would you give up a sustainable game with a strong community for a phone game cash grab?

This was my favourite kong game. Tourneys, war and CQ with great people.
But now there is a niche for someone to make an even better game.

RIP in pieces WM:Tyrant. You shall be missed. Also, ty based $ynaptiCOIN for ruining this good old game for Tyrant Unleashed, which is a money grinding machine. Thank you all you people for making these 3 (maybe 4?) years fun every step of the way, not to mention the people running the Tyrant Fansite, you will forever be missed.

Well, thanks to devs shutting down this good old game, i will never support synapticon. You ruined the fans, you destroyed your reputation as freelance developer, you literally drove away good fans like us from fun, you are making meta even more bad by making rare cards harder to obtain by free players, only to support cash grab mechanics. This is literally a shameful move. RIP, good old days. The Unleashed is new Hearthstone with even harder model. I'm sorry devs, but you really need to listen to us.

I got my first badge for this game in April of 2011. In 5 days it will be a game I used to play, with no chance to re-visit. I have played this game longer than any other, amazingly. 8/15/2015 will truly be the end of an era! R.I.P To the last of the true Players Games! I Salute you!

@ultra not that I know of. And since T:U and WM:T are different games, also when it comes to general mechanics, I strongly doubt it. "What happened in Tyrant will stay in Tyrant."

Searching for a new game to migrate our faction to I stumbled across WarMetal, Tyrants predecessor, that looks actually quite fun tyrant-ish... Oh no, wait, synapticon is closing it on Sept01, what an irony...!!

A final ranking would be nice. One huge spreadsheet with all the information of every player (level, cards, gold, wb, shards,...). And maybe a sum column with the calculated worth of the players inventory in gold or wb.
Is there a chance that u transfer the wb from this game to tyrant unleashed (or at least a part of it)?

It's funny that if you asked someone which Tyrant game is the new one, he would probably go with this one since it has achievements, real-time tournaments, conquestable maps and like 10 or 20 times more cards available for free players. August 15th will be a sad day for us players, Kongregate and gaming scene overall, August 15th will be a day the greed wins over providing fun experience for players. It's not about making quality games and earning some profit for the hard work, it's purely about making cash. Work like every other. RIP golden days of gaming.

Thanks. I started to play this game because the marvelous artworks of the cards and maps, that attracted me 2 and half years ago, but continuing the games and the campaign I discovered a great story and lore, that make me love this game. In last 2 month I succeed to built my perfect Righteous and Bloodthirsty decks, and I enjoyed them the more possible, and this is what I'll do till the 15th.
