It's been a while since i've quit. But i still loved this game when i was playing, so i'm here to pay my respects. I loved the forum drama.Catyrant and this is a longshot were great threads. Army of Desire was a great faction. TTekkers , flareplay, xari8, redlaw, ace4ever,katskratch,xyrusg, DarkDeath9 and everyone else, thank you for a great experience. It was fun :) .

I have sold all my cards spent all my money and WB and heading to Heartstone by Blizzard for a much better card game....

I have found a MUCH better game than Tyrant and the mediocre Tyrant unleashed: it's called hearthstone and its edited by blizzard. Once you download and connect to their battle-net, it's easy. It a very nice card game, free for the most part (unless like always u want to upgrade fast).

RIP WMT. Such a good (yet horribly unbalanced) game, now a fallen victim to greed. Unleashed is absolute crap compared to this, and I don't see why the devs wouldn't keep shoveling money into the WMT servers if they already gave decent margins. Least they could have done is maybe cut what parts weren't generating them enough revenue. But they said "screw it, we have a game bound to make more than this anyway." If they don't bother to improve unleashed, it will suffer the same fate as WMT

Its not kongregates fault, or the devs fault, the devs will close the game because they dont have enough money to run it anymore

I was here since the beginning. Played when it started, and made a few friends. I remember being one of the first members of Retirement Home, then leaving. I came back a year later, played more, bought War Bonds, made new friends, and enjoyed this golden game. Everyday I came home, sat down, and opened this up. And I was drawn back in. I bought a Power-Up Rewards membership just to get an exclusive card. I planned decks, fought wars, and tried to get it all. One day I put it down, and never came back. I returned, out of some pegging of nostalgia to Kongregate to find my childhood, and opened this game out of curiosity. I heard there was a sequel, but people were still here. Strewn atop was a banner that said the first of September it would all be gone. Goodbye to my memories, my childhood, and my faithful friends. Don't find a reason to resent this, just to remember this was your favorite place to be. This is War Metal Tyrant.

to all who is blaming the devs for making this game for money, yes, it was made for money, money that makes the devs live, why are you expecting the devs to continue making games while they cant eat?

The thing is, it's not only the game that will be gone, it's the hours spent playing it, all the people's work to get the best cards all the people's money spent will all just disappear. Everything will be gone, and for what? A P2W title that in a few years will be replaced by another 1? RIP Tyrant, I finally know why you're named that.

It would certainly help players with mourning if everyone had a full set of physical cards, even if it's a PDF sheet with every card that we'd have to print ourselves.

I also like how in T:U, if you got 225 kreds, you can buy 3 most likely useless cards from the box or 2 gold/legendary cards from the basic set which won't really get you anywhere far because you need at least 4 gold cards to fuse into 1 decent card. Meanwhile in WMT, for 225 kreds you can build an ENTIRE TOP LEVEL DECK, using core and promo vault cards. It really puts things into perspective.
