A bit odd. Kinda pretentious, but also interesting because I couldn't identify with or understand the actions of the MC. Once I realized that Hans is a sociopath it made sense why I couldn't identify with him at any point.

Came back to look at it in the bout of intense boredom. A mistake. It's still pretentious nonsense with unforgivably poor gameplay and control. Your tack-on unexploained bossfight is literally a poorly done, misunderstood simon says.
Gameplay first, story after. Never the other way around. The latter is never appreciated in this medium if the former doesn't exist.

If you click "Extras", you can find (amongst other things) the meaning of the story, told by the maker. Reading it made me love the game even more than I already did. For example, it told about the holes in the walls getting bigger as the story progresses, meaning the dream is falling apart. Great attention to detail, great story and great puzzles! Oh, and nice music :) 4/5

Enjoying the game but finding it impossible to handle. Is there some sort of double jump I don't know how to use? Going to have to rage quit on this one...

The story was amazing! Even though it wasn't really a happy ending, both me and Hans learn something from the quest. :)

I definitely think you made a nice story about the pains of growing up as a unpopular kid. As much as we desire to even things out, we always have to face facts that to do that, we have to make ourselves better. Pretty solid platforming and I liked how the graphics progressed as well. 5/5

This game is a degradation of a stereotypical American high school's social hierachy, where Hans is lower on the "social" ladder than the cheerleader. Hans, being on the bottom of said social ladder, is rejected constantly, and thus champions an egalitarian utopia (i.e. a world where everyone is the same). However, this utopia would lead to the cheerleader's loss of social status, which is key to her existence. Disenchanted, the cheerleader removes Hans' utopian existence. Hans has his ego crushed as a result and commits suicide. Any questions?
Whoa, great interpretation! The only thing I don't like about it is the suicide part, which can be seen to be wrong if you wait until after the credits. But other than that, I'm very impressed! Thanks for playing and writing!

It's nice to know a game like this exists, but I couldn't understand any of the characters' motives at all. I think I might have gone straight to the apathy pipe in the warp zone myself. Or the narcissism one. Well done though, the metaphors all seemed effective to me.
Thanks a lot for playing! Yeah, it might be a little complicated since I wasn't really sure what to make out of Hans' actions. When I was getting into puberty stuff, I kinda thought the way Hans did. I would have liked it if he kept throwing the switch and the game kept getting better and better graphics until finally the graphics made him look good, and then he got together with the cheerleader because he wasn't ugly anymore.
