Did anyone else notice that all of the different endings could be different people altogether? In the Money ending he grows up to be a lawyer and Melissa leaves him and ends up with someone else and dies and he is there to give his condolences and in the end he decides to travel the world. In the Compromise ending he grows up to be a doctor and you find one neighbor is grieving the death of their wife and the lawyer neighbor decided to travel the world. Then in the Love ending Melissa is dying and the doctor tells him that there is nothing he can do. I may be wrong but I believe the choice in the beginning also chooses your name (either Jason or Jay)

Okay, so I see how some people look at Compromise as the "best" ending, but that's absolutely not what this game is about. The game's meaning is to tell you that you, and only you, can personally put your priorities, and that no choice is right or wrong. No matter what, you can never have everything, so you have to settle for what you want the most.
This is absolutely a wonderful game, and if I rediscover it in a few years, no memory of it, I know that I'll enjoy it exactly as much as I did this time around.

A little worried by a parent who isn't at all concerned that her baby just crawled out of an air duct right in front of her...

at the sunrise stage when you choose to go with your mom or stay.. there's a greek flag and an american flag outside side by side. now im pretty sure this has to do with Oedipus Rex.

The game crashes when you leave the party and then try to talk to the vendor. I had to refresh the whole page again. I just started playing this game and so far I like it.

I will admit that, occasionally, I will comment on a game and type "5/5" or "5 stars" or something to that effect and not actually register my vote. But this game deserves more than that. This game resonated with me in a way no game ever has before. It is true on so many levels. If you ignore your own feelings and ambitions, you may become successful in life, but there will always be something vital to your happiness missing. If you ignore your responsibilities you may find that you are happier all around, but, as the game shows, you may not have enough time to enjoy it. 5/5. And this time, I mean it.

Overall, a pretty solid game. I love games that give you choices, then change the game depending on those choices. Sorry I didnt have more to right (not really in a reveiwing mood). Anyways, my rating? 4/5!

I don't care what sappy love stories say, there's nothing wrong with spending a lot of time working hard. your partner should be there to make the most of the free time you DO have rather than complain about how long you work.

Woah... The different endings are different people... Love- the brother from the beginning, Work- the lawyer, and Compromise- well... you. Mind=Blown.
