It always aggravates me when there's no mode on these types of games to play a certain difficulty with no health so you can practice specific parts. I can't develop muscle memory for a part 3/4 into a song if I have to power through hundreds of notes beforehand.

@Ihateyou27 Fantastic is better than perfect because that's how it is in Stepmania and Dance Dance Revolution, the arcade games that inspired DJManiax. Perfect is also yellow and fantastic is blue, because that's how it is in those games.

How did I not know this exists until now? It runs so well I even forgot to worry about the ads refreshing and causing huge lagspikes

JackVermicelli for drags don't stop dragging untill you get fantastic/perfect if you stop holding before that you get miss even if you did reach the end of the path. You have to drag a bit longer then it seems.

One of the most frustrating things is that I can't abort a song easily the moment i realize i screwed up, i need to wait for the meter to run down

@TheSkeeve Japanese nowadays use "Justice" and "Attack" to rank your timing on a music game, where the top-notch performance is called "All Justice Critical"... Nothing is impossible for them lol

Okay now that I've actually played, this game is only okay. I give it 3/5. It's a good concept, reminds me a lot of DDR or GuitarHero, but the fingering is off for me. I have to turn my laptop for that fingering to be comfortable, which made it a little harder to keep up. I had a lot of issues with the game either not registering a click, or saying too early that I clicked. It's possible that it's an issue with my computer, but that's still pretty frustrating in my opinion. Also I coulda gone for a better selection of songs, some of these were annoying.
All that being said, I like the concept a lot, and it was definitely fun. I'll probably still keep playing because I'm competitive and want all the badges, and like it enough to keep trying.

2nd try I used mouse instead of keyboard, got 16 fantastic, 16 perfect, and 20 miss. Got F rating. This game is going to take a long to pass the first stage.

Wow, only 3k imp badges earnt on this one, that's hardly anything. And usually a sign of either endurance, or a terrible game

Instead of using a long-press ESC (why long-press ESC and not just use ESC???) add a "Back" button to exit to the main menu. Put what style to use (keyboard or mouse) in the settings because it's not something you need to constantly ask, and if the player wants to change the input style, they can go to the settings. Perfect should be where Fantastic is being used, and "Good" should be where perfect is, so instead of using Fantastic/Perfect/Miss it should be Fantastic/Good/Miss or Perfect/Good/Miss. I mean, it is your game, but, by the definition of the words being used, you're wrong.

Never mind - apparently that only happens if you hit submit score and not space bar. Still a glitch, but I got back to the menu.

I keep getting this glitch where after a song, I hit submit score, the UI wipes away, but it gets stuck on the background beach imagery and doesn't go back to the menu. Any suggestions? It's not fun to have to refresh each time in order to play another song.

not worth your time if not for badge of the day, way to many bugs, a tutorial that is ham fisted with no skip option, and controls that should not be a allowed to exist 0/10

terrible game. only played more than one level to get the badge of the day: the change of direction is daft, the idea that fantastic is better than perfect (perfect, lit. without flaw) is daft, it changes speed... at least i got the badge of the day.
