Really nice game. Dunno what else to say ^^ Platformer characters are nicely tributed like in every good platformer these days gj. Very forgiving check points made it fluent enough to not get frustrated. Good controls are good. Nice art style. Nice music even though I was listening a podcast while I went through the game and just now turned it on xD Yeah... I suppose I'll be coming back tomorrow and start no deaths run :3... eek :o xD

5/5 Good physics, Nice and challenging, but not impossible like Meatboy.
It should be noted that there are 8 skins and 8 extra levels you can unlock by clicking on the Facebook and Twitter links on the Change Skin screen. You don't actually have to follow or like anything, just open and close the windows from the link for some fun new skins and levels!

Finally a platformer developer knows what friction is and doesn't have you slide around everywhere. which is ironic considering you are covered in gooey slime...

@eurynome: an impossible badge would be to collect 216 energy. most of the later levels after 42 are doable, collecting all energy on the other hand is another story

When I play it starts lagging at the worst parts, but I wouldn't say it's controls or difficulty are close to meat boy...

Great game!!! In case you care, I saw what I think is an error. At the end you have the phrase "Freedom is eminent," but I think you mean "Freedom is imminent."

Jelly Escape: The game where the simple act of jumping between platforms and not hitting enemies becomes a life-or-death struggle against the worst controls I've seen since Meat Boy.

I can't get it to save any of my progress. I had unlocked all the levels and it's really annoying to have to start all over again.

@gamerscul9870: I refreshed once and got the badge, it did take a bit for it to realize. It did it just after I checked game stats. Try that, if you haven't already. Other than that I dunno! '.^~*

Meh. Some of the levels were fun, then you get to the levels that required all of the backtracking for the thunderbolts, and the ones where it took 5 minutes of winding around the edges of the screen to even get to the challenge... It's like you wanted it to last longer than it should have. 3/5 would not sequel.

Nice game, just enough challenging. And... every menu, every item, everywhere accessible without having to leave the keyboard! Most games with keyboard shortcuts limit those to the in-game controls, but once you finish a level, want to select another one or anything like that, you have to use that damn mouse that's never used anywhere else in the game. But not here, yeah! Good job, a solid 5/5.

I agree with previous reviewer - fun game but the technical aspects (periodic lagging, speeding up) took away from the overall enjoyment, despite lowering the game quality to LOW and turning my processor to High Performance

none of the levels are really hard, like nintendo hard, except 42. beating it with 1 death is easy, but with 0 seems impossible. just grab one of the 'true fan' levels to complete the hard badge instead. (if you don't actually want to follow or like the game, just sign out of the service first, the game can't tell.)

@Asher3: There is a way to lower the quality, it's the sword up in the top left. The thing is, even if you do lower it.. sometimes you might still lag from the spikes.

Would be better if there was a way to lower quality or something. Didnt have a problem at first but now whenever I play it, it randomly will lag or it will speed up everything for a few seconds. 3/5 since that really takes away from the experience

The skin unlocks really bother me. Why are they in the level? Why not just have them unlock automatically after a certain level and spark count is achieved. They aren't hard to get to, so why?

Until you reach the gish costume, if you all have played meat boy before and got all the costumes in that game, you'll recognize that costume from it (gave out an obvious answer but just to warn yall)!

how are badge conditions reported? I played before badges, but when I play again, no award, while I am aware of the missing achievement process, I was curious from the programers end.

What would be cool would be a special challenge toggle on each level that would get rid of the checkpoints, and the final portal does not unlock unless you collect all three lightning bolts from that level on that run
