Lvl3: Don't let him touch you, and run against him while he approaches spinning to hug him while he stops spinning (just normal timing), then jump away.
Lvl4: Go for him, jump, fall inside him, hug fast, and jump away (not hard).
Lvl 5: Move to the very left edge and wait for him to shoot 3 balls, quickly after he shot the 3rd you have a short time to hug. If you don't: he will move to the right side and you can jump over him to the right side to repeat it (easier than dodging) If you hug: he acts kinda random so go to his back and wait for the 3 shots.
Lvl6: Switches between walking and sliding fast. Jump him and go hug him when he walks. It's like a faster version of lvl 3 but easier to make the timing.
Lvls 7 and 8 prolly have some strategy but they're really hard, so what i did is going directly for a hug then i spammed the hug button which caused a glitch, resulting in a series of hugs that killed them before they could move. Caution: 7 will 1HitKO you. Hit first.

I beat the game. here's the strategy:
Jaywalker: Just hug him.
Litterer: Hug, when he throws banana, jump, and repeat.
SWPMOTPOTBOTB: Hug him EXACTLY after his music fit.
Blackbeard: Hug him by jumping around him. Do NOT approach him from the front.
John Wayne Gacy: I can't explain how to beat him, but what I can say is that there is a frame you can glitch him out on where he won't fire at you. Trial and error.
Leopold: Hug him IMMEDIATELY after his psycho crusher.
Stalin: Hug him before he kicks you. Jump away right as he kicks, and repeat.
Hitler: Hug, jump, hug, jump, repeat. There you go, you've beaten vegetable game

This game is so simple and yet so awesome in his own way, you got to know how the enemy is fighting and in the right time to cuddel the.
