in AUDIO/VIDEO options in SETTINGS you can adjust overall graphic quality to lowest. It it's still low FPS - you need to upgrade your computer or you have issues with performance - update display drivers, directx and so on

there something wrong you should make us pick the server before loading profile cause its a way to make the load faster and not so laggy
If the profile loading lasts forever - it will not load at all. This problem appears on computer configurations with slow internet connection with remote servers (which right now are located in US, EUROPE and Russia).
Anyway - try different browser, shutdown antiviruses/firewalls and any other programs that use your internet connection)
