I feel like it'd actually be a bit easier with color. Still a fun game to play, though, and the music is catchy and entertaining enough to merit the endless loop it plays through. Nice game.

After getting a silver medal on Hard mode after 20 tries, Medium was shiny star-medalled with ease! It's amazing how much things slow down when you're coming out of a super-high reflex situation!

normally i cannot stand shooter games like this let alone retro style ones and would probably never even tried it had it not been given badge of the day..... however i enjoyed this game immensely and spent a good portion of my day playing it. I really enjoyed the control system also with the ship spinning round the axis. really good job you may have tempted me to try shooting games more in the future 10/10

*what?* making the powerups move faster after the boss dies has *NOTHING* to do with planning ahead nor just going in 'guns blazing', if you want to make the player stop attacking the boss for periods of times, then give the boss some ability that makes you not want to hit him, don't penalize the player for killing him while the powerup is on the screen -.-
The whole point of the powerup is you have to get it while the boss is attacking you. If you could just kill the boss and collect the powerup, it'd be too easy.
Really, if you kill the boss so fast you can't get the powerup, you probably don't need it anyway.

On the last phase of easy mode, I found cheese. Tasted like parmesan. (You can hide at the bottom to avoid all shots...)

I can't say a game is perfect, but this one is very close from it. Simple but efficient graphics, fun and simple gameplay, good job !

a nice game 4.5\5 the hard mode is really not the hard if u hav practise on doging the bullets the hard mode is only time consuming...... and the i thought the medium badge was rather more time consuming then the hard one....well i still didnt get it lol :) well done anyways TheFinalChapters!
(P.S the last boss at the end dosnt die it revives again so dont start to enjoy after beating the last boss like me :P)

great game. very addicting. a game where we kill the spaceship would be great or if we were the bosses. :p brilliant game, it's hard to find such a good game nowdays. 5/5 :)

Last boss LIFE on hard mode and i'm ready to win. Hes the guy that places lasers in random directions. He fires and so do I. Hes at 10% HP and I blow up for no reason even though i'm away from the lasers. Glitch? True story.

My two problems with this game is the white on white so you lose track of yourself and how slow the ship feels (miss powerups if they get past me). But otherwise a pretty good game and I really like the concept of just boss fights.

Please DON'T change the boss' bullet color. That would just be distracting. Really, how could anyone confuse his bullets with theirs? Those bullets are MASSIVE!

Awesome game. If you are planing on a sequel here is one suggestion: You could give the bosses different kinds of fields, in which you move slower or can't fire you weapons.

Got all three the badges in my first run, I just thought 'Why shouldn't I let myself be kicked in the *** first, then I have a reason for my revenge.' Didn't expect that I just kicked theirs!

at a point with 5 bosses left (the laser follows you) - I died and the boss vanished - I cannot kill him, but if I fly into him, he kills me.

Okay, it appears as though the laser boss disappears when he kills you, or so it happens for me, and I've tried it on all the modes and so far I've only seen it happen on Medium mode. I hope this info is helpful.

Simple yet extremely addictive gameplay AND frequent replies to feedback coupled with respective adjustments to the game? No wonder this game is getting such good ratings, good job TFC!

@Dryu I agree. Despite the location of the arrow, it should indicate the location of the threat. I've flipped the arrow.

some of the boss moves are quite difficult, while others are too easy, i might recommend balancing some of them e.g. the warning arrow drop down, maybe less warning?
