Under rating threshold (show) Mech1000 so do impossibl badges, at least most of them. The reason they have so many more though is because plenty of people just come on kongregate to beat impossible badges therefore earning them extra attention

Under rating threshold (show) The reason for this hard badge having less owned by players than most impossible badges is that you have to beat this game 2 other times, then once more to get the hard badge. That would take literally 3 to 4 hours of gameplay to complete. Ridiculous.
