I love this game could you add more upgrades like vacuum (which increases your radio for sucking in ore) or a companion that allows you to have a second ore collector.

If you make another, here are a couple suggestions
A speed up button for detonations, or at least a skip
An upgrade to make your charges more of a point charge(meaning the debris doesn't spread as much) would be a huge upgrade, since some times the debris flies an entire plot over, and finding that single one is horrible
Make it so that things that can be run over(like bushes and tents) if they are run over so many times in a few turns, that they go away
If your gold goes on or near a populated area the people pick it up, with upgrades for how likely they pick it up, and for what percentage you get back, and how big of chunks they pickup
Make depleted areas marked permanently, not necessarily with a sign but perhaps a red X, that is low enough layer that it is under everything. Or perhaps an ability to let the user mark plots(maybe with upgrades to the types, and how many are allowed). Could include with the run over aspect above, with an upgrade to duration

Here's a little tip for improvement: when placing a building, show the range of effect of buildings of the same type to help being more efficient.

I completed thw game a long time ago and forgot, so I came back only to realize I completed the game a long time ago.

Round should automatically end if all the ore has been retrieved. I've wasted so much time running around looking for that last piece of ore only to discover that its some rock in a group of trees. Also, there should be a magnet upgrade to pull ore from behind obstacles, a direction finder upgrade to help you locate the ore that always seems to fly across 3 plots or there should be much less spread on the debris, an upgradable surveyor so I'm not finding crap deposits later in the game.

If you can't drive the truck, turn off particle effects, and choose med quality in the options menu. This fixed the problem for me.

Hmmm, odd; seems broken, to me. Like Jarkir - post below mine - I'm completely unable to move the truck. With either WASD, cursor keys, or anything else.

On day 2, when I noticed that gold price fluctuates, I immediately fired up a new Excel sheet on my second monitor and began tracking max, min, avg, and 75th percentile gold prices. Any game that encourages the use of external data analysis gets a bonus star from this geek.

In the sequel, let us buy and sell gold so we can go from a gold miner to a gold tycoon. Give us a chart of the gold prices over time so we can see gold prices.
