Is it really necessary to make us chase after crystals? I much preferred the previous versions where the earnings were calculated afterwards meaning we could focus on how to approach the enemies. Now it's a mad rush to collect the crystals before they disappear and you often end up getting shot in the process.

a very nice addition to the city siege games; although (and not everyone is with me on this) i kinda miss fighting the baddies with rifles and machine guns (not aliens with lasers). also to me it seems to me that your units are less permanent as my units die much more.

I've only played a few levels but this new installment of city siege seems to me a little bit below the previous one(s); you took back a few great features from them. The troop selection is a little bit annoying: why always ask me which troops to deploy? By default the same units should be always deployed, and why do i have to click for that (some kind of an auto-deploy option)? At this point, i still have to figure out to kill civilians: firing upon them doesn't hurt them? Troops HP shouldn't be retored at the end of a level. Last thing, this is minor but i miss the fact that upgrading troops required stars, not cash. Also, ui-wise, it is a bit less readable than the previous episodes; i think this may be due to the palette choice. The setup (alien and scifi theme) although is very nice. All in all, this is still a fun game but not exactly on par with the previous installments. Hopefully, nothing than a good update can solve. 4/5

It's i good game overall but i still miss some of the old units and also fighting baddies. Possibly the next one can have both like the aliens teaming up with the baddies and taking over the earth. but still 4 out of 5 overall. Thumbs up so the dev. can see

shoulda stuck with what the system was like in 3 I like the smart bomb BUT the crystal go away b4 a guy can go in get them & the spy is one of the best units why get rid of everyones favorite I think you should add more spy like stealth units

i like the change from just fighting baddies however i hate how when you have to chase crystal that come out of dead aliens

This is a pretty fun game from a pretty fun series. However, I really hate the fact that the gems disappear so quickly. Especially if I'm using the rocket guy. I feel like the aliens are a bit oblivious to me moving around, and should be shooting at me instead of me walking right up to them. I enjoy the pop up turrets however. I wish you had the stars to level up soldiers instead of money, and that you should be able to upgrade the characters more than just health. (like damage, rocket range, movement speed, jetpack power). Also, there are waaaayy too many explosives. It makes killing the aliens really easy. Good game, but has room for improvements. 4/5

Cheat for Jetpack Trooper - Unlimited Fuel.
Instead of holding, just keep tapping then you will still go up and your fuel with go down incredibly slow.

the game has no edge no really special guns and I have played levels 1-3 and so far it's the worst city siege game I have ever played and asking to deploy troops I mean they look dumb and you need some troops that matter all of them are pretty much the same but with some more health give thumbs up if you think they should make a sequel that has the commando or the veteran all of the units from the other games but better I say them have made it way to complicated :(

I hope you will bring the spy back in this one in a update or in the next one because we all miss the spy, and I think it would be nice if you created another class similar to the spy like a sniper.

not a bad game in and of itself,
but a definite step back in the series as a whole
while i like the idea of group controls
the "simplified" units seem shallow and uninteresting
the radar mechanic takes the discovery and surprise out of going in guns-a-blazing
still have high hopes for 5 and hope it fixes the issues

After playing it for a while, and this is my opinion: Its dumbed down from previous versions. There is just something missing that the other three games had. I didn't like the fact you made troop/vehicle selections so high priced. They weren't $5000 per unit in the previous games. I did enjoy the challenge with moving enemies.
The flame thrower unit is pointless, its the same as the bazooka, instead it just shoots out bombs that explode and then catch fire to objects. And explosions mechanic is off in this game. It doesn't matter where my placement is, if I'm caught near an explosion, its a one hit kill, no matter how high my troops health/rank is. In previous games, it felt like there was a threshold in the distance you had to be away to not die in an explosion but only sustain minimal health loss.

It seemed that this went under the radar. Just the same old gameplay, same old class with new names/weapons etc... Something new for 5?

Could use some new allies I want the Spy to come back or better yet why not add a Space Ship! or make a Part 5 and do that!

Alien graphics aren't that good, people die much quicker and you don't have to be tactical like in the others which I thought was really fun. Also, your troop's suits aren't very cool and I really liked using really cool guns like sniper rifles and machine guns!!! And it's harder to think of cool names for your troops 'cause you can't see what they look like. Overall, 2/5.

liked 3 more, needs the old units without all the sci-fi stuff. by that i dont mean exact old units but them with a bit more. dont get me wrong, i still love it. 3 1/2 stars

I played every 4 parts of City Siege now... I think part 3 'Jungle Siege' was the best one. Why dout you make one like 'Winter Siege' about WWII where you take back russia from the germans after they invaded them
