A few things not explained in the tutorial:
1. Minion pricing depends on the number in your base. If you send a big group out on a mission, you can buy cheap before they come back.
2. Weapons and henchmen must be equipped under the "shield" tab before use. To win tough battles,

Is this game overengineered or what? The core gameplay is basically just defending the base and acquiring technologies. As long as you keep trying you'll get all of them and win the game.
Yet there is a feature which allows you to manipulate complex global affairs through terrorism resulting in... a pretty negligible change in the difficulty of the two main tasks. Why bother?
There are multiple cutscenes providing flavor to the repetitive nature of the missions, dozens of characters to hire with different voiced lines (the cool thing is that you can hear the patsies you hired laugh in unison at the end of each meeting) different locations with various bonuses...
But ultimately it doesn't matter much since you can just rush through and finish the game without seeing half of the stuff they packed for you to see. Heck, the rapid pace even encourages you to go supersonic.
Still, it was quite innovative back in the day. And it aged well in terms of graphics and various details.

Okay so I was ten seconds off beating the game, my base gets destroyed. I use auto save and I spawn just before I start world destruction.Then it starts sending waves for no reason forever so I cannot win. So 1/5.

Hi im reporting a bug or a glitch or whatever it calls butone time i was attack and when i kill all the enemy on my screen well the attack is not over the game says but like 10 of my minions went of screen on the left maybe because the enemys that is remaining is there but it was like 30 secs that is not over soo i recall all units and yea please dev fix thi sproblem i will be happy and i rated this game to 5 due to the great work you guys done soo please fix it please!

the castle is so good can have 15 control room minions with 15 money guys and still have enough to fully man the defenses and rob banks at the same time lol then the moon is the best once you get AI because you only need 20 tops for missions and the other 30 run out and sit around and defend
