Holy crap I love this game's humor.
"This is going to be quick and dirty, so I hope you brought a condom."
Marvelous.

Repeating the tutorial at the beginning of every game is incredibly frustrating. Why is there no option to turn that off?? + for removing the one real flaw from this otherwise near-perfect game.

um... if the reason that tanks and such cant be on the moon is because combustion doesn't work... how do flamethrowers work?

Mastermind: World Conquerer might be one of the best games that I played on this site.
Visuals: Te menus look pretty but not good. The main map is from a top down perspective that looks straight out ugly. Not very appealing
Audio: Music is okay. The sound-effects for shooting are annoying and the menu sound effects become annoying after you heard them the 10th time
Story: Conquer the earth, actually pretty simple.
Controls: Click, Click, Click through menus.
Gameplay: Enjoyable because you are a villain, you hire minion, you steal technologies, you kill some target or straight out ( spoiler ) ... Its like an evil empire simulator. It has only one ending that is pretty cool but they missed their potential here.
Rated N for now that I think about it...

Ok, you can't burn oil on the moon but you can have flamethrowers... >.> (btw having flamethrowers on the moon is a great defensive plan)

Only 12 people have been on the moon. Now I am taking 50 soldiers to the moon to set up a base. And then there are hundreds of soldiers trying to capture it.

If there's a sequel, he should probably land on another planet, and then have alien version of it! That would be pretty cool! + if you agree!

Improvements for the sequel:
1) The game is too short. Finished it in 3-4 hrs.
2) Too easy. Produce enough capital and you can coast the rest of the game.
3) Streamline the menu. Should be able to assign multiple plots to pathsies without going back to start of menu.
4) Useless characters. Too many useless pathsies such as the time management ones. Also your second-in-command are incredibly boring and aren't that much stronger than minions.
5) Certain plots and World Events don't affect the gameplay all that much. Propaganda, Killing, and Sabotage are pointless.
6) A good amount of the weapons become useless very quickly. Towards the end I was only using the flamethrower.
7) There is virtually no reason to buy multiple bases. One word, moon. A pattern seems to be painfully apparent here. You've placed a number of features in this game that have no effect whatsoever on the gameplay or strategy.

@Developer you should make a forum so that people can give suggestions.
Hope you read it and maybe could give an answer.

Really love the ending
"They said I could never destroy the Earth, They told me I was mad to try, well now they can all go f#%! themselves"
Best quote 10/10 would play agian

Sorry for the double post, but shouldn't you be able to fire your patsies and Henchmen? It makes a load more sense. Oh, and I like how you couldn't assign a patsie for The Genesis Project; otherwise, we could use The Time Scientist and cut the survival time in half.
