Easily the best wall jump in any platform I've played. I just got the 4th rune and I had to give up on teh final rooms. 50 spike balls per room tends to give one a headache.

gotta love this metroid style exploring-games. though, respawning at the cave entrances is really annoying. i'd rather have 3 or so hitpoints before you respawn.

Way to hard, you should have lives of some sort, or energy. or more savepoints, not only the cave entrances. My keyboard is already short of one key (RETURN ;)) and I only have one spare...

wall jumping still needs fixing. fix it so that pressing up wont make you fall. its too instinctive to want to press up while walljumping so please fix this quickly.

wow just plain wow very nice idea to those complaining about getting the keys and tablets and getting out alive. get the tablet and hold m transports you back, yes you do have to backtrack to keep up but makes it very convenient not to get killed and have to do it again :) 5/5 great job keep it up will we see a sequel???

Was pretty unhappy about the various "get key/rune and *pray* you get out alive" rooms until I remembered that "c" warps you to the entrance/other gates... and saves your game, too. Makes the game much more fun, that way.

PsshDavid et al. Remember you can always teleport back to the beginning (with C, I think). So if you get in and don't want to have to get out, just teleport.

I give it a 5 great game, I just had on problem with it, the pop up messages were kind of annoying. Maybe if you make the trigger area smaller....?

Very nicely done! The wall jumping took a minute to get the hang of, but it was all go from then on. Some of the jumps are a bit difficult, but there are enough save points to where it doesn't get too frustrating. Keep them coming, Wasabi Project! 4/5

by the way..this one level especially pissed me off..the one where u have to get the key...and then come back alive...i got it..and i was like whew..and then i realised i have to go back...................................why is there no checkpoint there or something -.-

this game is alright..pretty frustrating on alot of the levels due to wall jumping and u give the easy ones at one level and then all the hard ones at the next...and even if i barely get through a hard trap theres another hard one and i die by that...so i have to do all the ones before it..u cuda mixed it up a bt u know >.>

It's a great game. Definitely Favorited. The only thing that I don't like is how short the music loops are... other than that, nice job. 5/5.

Just uploaded another update that adds WASD control (and also adds support for using B, N, and M to toggle the minimap, view the status screen, and warp).
Also, when wall jumping, you do not need to hold down or repeatedly press the jump button — you just need to press in the direction away from the wall (it's more like wall-bouncing or wall-kicking in that sense).

too bad it is impossible to get past the lush way as the gap is too freaking large. fail game will always be fail. why can\t these stupid fu/cking devs test out theyre own games for once. Please for once test your fu/cking game before releasing it to the public.

I think I ran out of keys, I went right first from the beginning and cleared the entire area, had 1 key left over, afterwards went back to the beginning and opened the bottom gate with my 1 key and now I'm stuck at some big blue runic door, and I can't go anywhere. Am I missing something?

I love this game, the story, music and general layout just feels so... right and nostalgic. I would like WASD support added if that is possible, and that would really be the icing on the cake to be honest :) 5/5

Either the jumping is bugged or my keyboard doesn't want to work. I doubt that it's my keyboard since I just cleaned it yesterday and I never had a problem with my up key. But I think I'll check to make sure mine works so you should check to make sure your side works.

Put little markers for the pop-up instructions, and don't put them next to exits. I ran past many on the way out of a room, didn't get to read them, and went back and they're not there.

so just a few changes that would be really convenient in my opinion. WASD movement option and different jump options. Some players are more comfortable with WASD and space for jump or something to that effect. It's really difficult for me to wall jump with the up key. Also most keyboards cant handle more than 2 arrow key requests at the same time vs 8 or 9 letter keys simultaneously. Occasionally i wont jump or something because i'm holding 2 other arrow keys accidentally and i'll die because when i pressed jump i didnt.
Otherwise great game 4/5 for me but i'll change it to 5/5 if you make some update :)

Great little game, with very pleasant controls. My only complaint is that I wish there was more reward for exploring. Finding the little tablets did little to entice me to want to find all of the rest. I just didn't feel very invested in the story unveiled by them. Other than that, fantastic and simple.

Main menu music is ridgeback highlands from remnants of skystone. I was like "where is my aero when i need him most?" whoops wrong game lol

only problem i see so far is the random menu selection. Sometimes it highlights return to menu sometimes try again. A couple times I hit it to fast and went back to menu and it highlighted erase data. Have it always try again unless i select return to menu.

The occaisonal little lags were killer. I would say jump but he wouldn't. 4/5 though, because lag is not an issue with the game itself

@koreaftw: I'm having problems with running and jumping as well. Half the time the game won't register me pressing the jump key while running and I just run off the platform as a result. VERY frustrating, can't make it past "The simple ascent" because of the inconsistent jumping.
