To people having issues in Chrome don't use IE! Use Firefox at least. Chrome is prone to crashing and doesn't work well with things.

When I use Chrome I have the "always reloading" problem. But when I try to load this site with my IE11, I can play the game!
I don't know how it works. But if this comment solve your problem, please give a "+" to let more people know.
P.s.:I don't like IE though.

yeah, it's stuck. it used to work. I wish they would fix it. I love this game! please game designers, make this game work!!!!

Game appears broken, menu loads a few times then goes to white screen, i managed to click single player as it popped up but it made no difference, music keeps playing on white screen. i'm running firefox 24, and flash 11,8,800,168

Interesting game, I would like to see more game characters and smaller regions. Perhaps the second version could have the rallied supporters attacking too...

Game keeps loading the title screen over and over again... no mater what I do I keep getting the run around... much like real politics....

Found a way to stop the reloading, at least on my comp. Open a second tag, then when "General Election Edition" comes up, switch to the other tab. After a few seconds, switch back.
