There's places to get stuck if you step on a switch that blocks the path behind you, but then die and restart behind you.

seedling:alright! i killed the watcher and got the seed oracle! oracle: ok. now you die cuz nobody cares bout you. bye.

generally I liked it, but I had to stop playing. A day/night/cycle is a nice idea but it feels like 90% of the time it's so dark you can hardly see. Also, this would have really needed a map. the area is way too large for it not having one.

this game is great !! apart from some really frustrating points , especially at the lava cave , I think it offers an enjoyable yet as others mentioned, the story and the whole morality plot could use some more substance . 4/5 for the great effort , would love to see some more !

At first I thought getting the "bloodless" badge meant not killing anyone at all throughout the game.
Yeah, I was pretty stupid.
Great game 5/5

I loved the game, though I hate you so much for the lava level! I can't count the number of times I died in lava because of your "pathway"!!! I loved the music. It fit well, even while I was dying horrible, horrible deaths.

Ok, love the game and other than the lack of map the only problem I have is that it's too dark too often. I mean I understand doing the whole day and night thing but the changes seem random and it seems to be dark like 75% of the time, it's annoying.

Great game. To improve: Not enough color contrast between passable/impassable squares. Especially true in underground and ice levels. No visual difference between a black hole in ground causing death vs leading somewhere. Incomplete level design: you have to "guess" which border squares lead somewhere. Zelda didn't have a lakes or ice plains seemingly leading off-border but actually being dead ends: all passable squares on a level border should either lead somewhere, or stop 1 square closer and have impassable squares on the actual border. Some bosses are way too easy compared to the others. Too many dungeons of the "magically floating in mid-air thus one wrong step and you fall to your death" type.

Excellent stuff, very much enjoyed it, 5/5. People are having trouble getting all of the amulet pieces. Most are inevitable but the 3 most likely to be missed (least obvious) are: At the waterfall where the penguin feather is; in the very first dungeon, across a little water; in Woshod at the far right of the map there is a chest blocked by lava which can only be got to after defeating King of Fire. These two dungeon pieces cannot be got on the first run through each dungeon, so check them first.

Would've loved at least a map. Or maybe the Oracle helping you out on the next dungeon. Maybe a "Head East from here and you will come across a magical forest." or somethin.

The pieces fill the treasure randomly. The pieces can be found at:
8. The Times dungeon, above the area with the drills.
9. On the inside of Tentacle Beast's dungeon; in a little ice part surrounded by water.
10. Around the outside of Tentacle Beast's dungeon; right above the part where you are teleported out of the boss area.
11. In the entry of Totem's dungeon
12. Further along within Totem's dungeon, in front of the burnable tree for a switch.
13. In the King of Fire's dungeon (pre-dark suit), in the first big room, near the entrance to the boss area.
14. In the King of Fire's dungeon (with the dark suit), in the area where you are first pulled across a gap by an enemy.
15. Inside the Lights' dungeon (with the dark suit), across some lava, and above where you can get the health.
16. In the entry to Ghethis, to the upper-right of the first area in the tower.

yeah.. the R-reset should be clearer, i resetted my entire game thinking it would act as a die-and-restart shortcut.... but finished the game on my second run w/o a walktrough (good&bad) ... amazing game... 6/5!

Its actually possible to beat the game without fighting The Lights, but The Watcher will still include them in the list of all the ones you kill over the course of the game.

The sword slashes crumbly stone blocks. The fire moves red blocks and burns yellow tree. The wand opens purple x doors. The ghost spear moves blue blocks, and turns off flashing red and purple blocks, and turns shadow lights on/off. Some black holes in the ground actually go places, so simply kill you.

@kida100 - To get past the shieldspire walk close to it. DO NOT hit it yet. Wait until it tries to attack you first, when he tries to, hit him.

And, if I accidentally put a block in a corner and can't get it out, but the miniboss is already dead? What then? I really don't want to start the ENTIRE game over, and can't figure out how to reset the room.

Great game! It makes me remember the great game in childhood: Sokoban (倉庫番)! Adventure + problem solving elements is ultimate (5/5)

Strategy guide; Shieldspire: Walk up to him and stand there until he gets ready to hit you. Then hit him. The Times: Hit him. Dash is usefull for this. Totem: Stand at the bottom of map and wait for his laser atk to fire, then run ino the light before the magic boulders hit you. Fire the wand at him repeatedly until he dies. Tentacled Beast: chop them off, this boss can be beaten before totem. The Lights: Hit them. The King of fire: Make sure you got your dark sword from the witch. You can swim in lava so just stand about a square away from him in the lava and keep slashing until all 5 of his atk hit him, then hit him more with your sword. The Owl: Never stop running, hit him when he changes nests, hit im into the lava. I didn't want to fight the watcher so I finished the gold amulet.

Ive completed both ways like 5 times because I absolutely love this game. Its probably one of the best games Ive played. The thing that is kind of bad is that a squeal would be extremly hard to make

A little annoyed, honestly. Ended up softlocking myself out of the good ending (locked Lacste before getting both seed pieces there by accident).

fun thing i found, in woshad you don't have to kill the lights, you can easily just walk out back through the entrance with all your upgrades, although when you meet the watcher, he'll stay claim you killed the lights, appears like the watcher isn't really all seeing for that claim.

I love the game, except I think that it needs a save button of some sort... there is nothing more upsetting than being 1 chest away from getting my badge and when my computer freezes, having to replay the whole game. I do like it though so it's not the end of the world. Just would make it easier.

there should be a stay day button or a stay night button cause its annoying when it keep changing from day to night or night to day.

Go around whole map looking for gold pieces. Don't find any. Go around whole map again. Still don't find any. Yup... I'm insane.

Falling off cliffs and into water (before you can swim) is far to easy, there's no warning period. Also, your character doesn't become invincible for a time after taking damage, meaning if you get stuck there's really no recovery.
I love how each new screen refills your health bar. It makes the game so much more puzzle oriented. The boss fights could be a little more drawn out though. They were all fun and each boss had an interesting attack, but it would be nice to see them develop with more attacks proceeding

Hey heres a secret *A LITTLE SPOILER ALERT*(not so much but still)
All who have played atleast halfway should know about the evil sardol,

My monitor isn't as bright as it used to be and this game is exceedingly dark a majority of the time which combine for a poor playing experience.

Absolutely fantastic game. I got the bad ending, and I'm trying for the bloodless ending now. I've obtained all but one piece of the amulet, but even with the walkthrough, I can't locate it. All I can figure is that it's in Lacste (which is now inaccessible), but I could be wrong.
