33 days is my best, never gonna try to beat it because those big zombies take a decade off my lifespan when they slow me down

Hard Badge Guide: Day 1 - Max out Trans+Engine+Tires and spend the rest on fuel. Hold down the Only take your foot off the accelerator if you're going to be off the ground for more than about half a second. Try and keep your wheels parallel to the ground. You should get around 730 ft. Day 2 - Max out fuel, get the autogun and as much ammunition as you can afford. Do the same as before. When you reach the final hill, it's broken into three slopes. You should be able to get part way up the third. If not, restart the day and try again. Day 3 - Put everything into Boost. Do the same as the previous day, and when you hit the the third slope of the hill, hold boost and fly over the barrels.

I found a bug. I was flying through the air with my pickup truck and I hit a hill with both my wheels at the same time and I bounced off the hill in the opposite direction.

I finally won the hard badge with 1081 feet! Upgrade wheels and transmissing to max, but buy the second engine and a boost, so you can boost over the little valley to prevent losing speed. You can almost get up the second hill. The second day you should buy the third engine and buy and upgrade your gun. The third day you should max out the boost and buy any remaining gun upgrades. You should be able to get a level 6 or even level 7 gun. If you can't break all boxes on top of the hill, then you should restart to prevent having to do the first 2 days again.

For the Hard Badge, don't go through the boxes. Instead, use all of your boost on the last slope before them to sail right over them.

I got to 997 feet in hatchback challenge. So close! You really need to get through all crates in order to win. And when you're through them, you can roll down the hill and get way more than 1000 feet.

Some people got over 3000 ft with the hatchback. That's higher than the high score of the pickup truck. Obvious cheaters.

I keep getting around 980 ft in hatchback challenge because those boxes are in the way and there's not enough fuel to fly over them. It's an annoying challenge.

Look at all the people who completed the story mode in a single day in the high scores. They thought they were subtle.

Be prepared even with the most optimal setup to restart the third day repeatedly for the hard badge. The Hatchback is terrible at moving the crates and it's entirely a matter of luck how far you push them. You'll get between 990-999 many times before it actually pushes through.

The hard badge is impossible, I always get around the 950's. I looked at a walk-through of the hard badge being done and the game just doesn't work like that for me.

A tip for those going for the hard badge: you can press escape and restart the day any time before the end-of-day window pops up. Handy if you've found yourself stuck in a box after 999 feet and want to try again - just be quick to hit the button when your car stops.
