Well i've just been following the same customer for the last two months... They took 15 days to check in on the top floor then spent the rest of the two months riding the zigzag elevators down to their standard room! Hope they booked a long stay...

having 5 of all entertainment and they are still complaining about the queue, maybe if you all don't all follow the same person to one hall and instead spread out and find the others, you don't need to complain...

Tips:
Elevators: do as Bobsson wrote
Service Rooms: Put them tightly in one place, I use bottom part of my hotel. Then you need just 2-3 engineers, they don't run from 30th to 1st floor :)
Cash: make it 2x more than criteria for another star (simply don't build enough rooms to get a star), so you can build all new rooms justafter you get a star.
Staff elevator: IMHO useless.
Revievs. Don't build another service room if 3-5 clients are complaining in short amount od time. It usually means that engineers must just done their work. Build another only if client are spamming red xD

Easiest way to get the easy badge; As soon as it enables you to put rooms down. Put 20 down and fast forward the day. lol

i don't think a staff elevator should cost double the cost of a normal elevator the only difference is the sign ... i don't think a sign should cost same as a full elevator cost

I swear, the people here just want the entire hotel to be elevators.I have 5 Big Elevators, 1 Staff Elevator and 4 Normal Elevators, and every other response is: "Need more elevators." I'm sorry, I didn't realize the queen needed her own elevator.

Over 1/3 of my hotel is elevators and people still complain about the que. Maybe in the net game you can lower the priority of them a bit, I mean this is a little ridiculous, more elevators then rooms and still not enough>.>

I've bought all the expansions and have 13 elevator shafts. plus 4 staff elevators. Yet they're effin with my hotel's reputaion for the elevators :P

I thought I made the perfect hotel. The elevators were not too far, not too close to the rooms. Everyone could reach it. It wasn't as crowded. I swear, 50% of my hotel was ELEVATORS. Everyone was happy. But then there was this one person that suggested more on elevators. liek ief yu cri evrytim. ;(
