The trick to optimizing elevators is to have multiple short elevators. (Also long elevators). These help bring guests to different facilities but it also allows for more people to be moved in a column.

When you get to 5 stars you have to make about 3/4's of your hotel high capacity elevators and it's still not enough. This is my only complaint so 4/5 stars.

Fun little game, I quite enjoyed it. But I think a couple changes could improve gameplay for basic tasks. Mainly, adding a click-and-drag function to elevator building. It's a tad tedious to have to place a new shaft section on every single floor all the way to the top, especially when you're putting in multiple new elevators. I also wish the build menu would stay on the same category tab when you go back to it. If you only want to build 1 of each room from the category, it gets a bit old having to re-select the tab every single time. But those are my only complaints, on the whole the game was great and it's just some of those tiny details that would make it more enjoyable. You did include something I LOVED: a ZOOM OUT button! Way too many tower games don't put that in. THANK YOU for including that, with how big my tower was at the end I may not have held out for that last badge if I had to constantly scroll through so many floors at full size. MUCH appreciated!

Look closely at the dates. Sometimes, I like to stalk some of my guests when I'm bored. This is what they're thinking- "All right, I'm going to stay at a hotel for a year or two. Ooh, I'll go eat for 8 days, then I'll watch a week-long movie, and I can go sit by the pool for 15 days, then play at the arcade for a month!

When are these people going to stop asking for elevators? My hotel is more than two-thirds elevators. It's like an actual-hotel sandwich between oversized elevator bread slices, and they still want more elevators. WHEN WILL THE MADNESS STOP

The guests were complaining about elevators, so I expanded and made a capacious and regular. One week later I looked at the reviews and It was all "Everything is great until you need to use the elevator. Queue is a bit disturbing"
