Am I the only one who finds some of the complaints lame? A lady complained that she could not watch the movie at the cinema, but I had 5 cinemas and 3 were empty. And the elevator complaint....

these guys eat for 2 days, text their friends on the computer 1 day, play arcades 3 days, weight lift 5 days, and get on the elevator 10 days! DAMN and guess what? they spend300 centuries complaining about the elevator! DAMN

i have 7 lines on high capacity elevators from top to bottom yet the most common complaint? "More elevators would be great!" WTF?!? I ask you.....

I'd make a comment like all the others questioning the complaining about elevators, but looking how fast time seems to pass (these guys take 3 days to check into the hotel) I would say they have the right to complain when you wait 5 days for an elevator to arrive.

first my customers use the staff elevator in hundreds of numbers then complain that there is a queue in elevator
/:( why?

Elevators are such a big problem,The solution to this is only build elevators and name ur hotel biggest row of elevators LOL

When your hotel is more than 50% elevators that only travel from one floor to the next in an effort to appease people and they're still complaining. Perhaps allow for natural disasters or upgrades?

I got 60 maids covering 183 rooms. That's about 1 maid to every 3 rooms. Customers still complain saying its dirty...

I kinda feel bad for this one guy, he has been working as a receptionist for me for over 20 years with 400$ salary :( Same goes for waiters and maids.

Other thing bothering me is, that customers thinks that 2 star hotel should have gym internet cafe, open air cafe, ordinary cafe, beauty shop, gym and arcade room? Like seriously, I've been to some 5/4 star hotels and none of them had arcade room and only 1 had open air cafe.

I got 12 maid with 68 rooms to take care off, I was wondering how they couldn't. But then I followed one, she uses 1 FULL day to clean up 1 room. I instantly fired her, but figured out I can only hire some lazy maids.
