I swear my maids are so dumb they keep cleaning rooms that arent even very dirty and all the rooms suffer in the process
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
My engineers are the dumbest, creepiest people ever. They're supposed to be fixing washing machines but instead they take the elevator and wait outside someone's room. o.o

each person is saying the exact same review... i wonder if people who are waiting to write their review look on to the person on front of them and write the same exact thing...

i have 23 elevator shafts.. and still that's the only complaint i get that's keeping me from 1000% positive feedback...

I have 988 happyness and no bad ratings but i cant get to a thousand for some reason, also it takes waaay to lond to get another star (i.e. 2 stars)

Customer checks in, goes to their room for a few minutes, goes straight to disco. They spend about a month dancing, nonstop. Then, they go down to my restaurant for a day or two, then checkout. I wanna know what kind of food they eat in this world, if you can go for a MONTH without eating. I mean, using that, world hunger's ended with food to spare...

No wonder I'm losing money, the damned guests seem to insist on doing their laundry and eating at the cafe instead of actually staying in the freaking rooms!

collected 5kk. destroyed everythig, exept 1 reception, elevator and a president suite on floor 49. 1 maid i have left... Still 5 stars... :D

I've built over 35 banks of elevators staggered at ten floor increments and I can't get these asshats to stop complaining about them. I spend over $30,000/month on elevator upkeep alone.

Half my hotel is high capacity elevators. Guests: "More elevators!"
Fine. Ignore my bowling alleys, my pools, my restaurants, my arcades, my discos, and ride up and down the damn elevators. *throws arms up*

My guest: stayed 2 days in his room, spent 12k in my hotel, wasted 4 months of his life, most of the time driving elevators...

To get a 5 stars rating, just look what your customers want, get all the loan needed to build everything they want, build all room to upgrade your star rank and destroy one, once you finished paying your loan, buid the other room and repeat it. + if helped

I had to listen to Hotel California before playing this thanks to that badge referencing the song. Now I'm playing I see how long some of these poor suckers ends up staying.

Puts in a gym: no complaints. Puts in an internet cafe: millions of complaints. Doesn't put in an arcade: complaint overload. Puts in arcade: Complaint overload. Accurate.... sadly.

great game. just the reviews(in game) seem really repetitive like if you don't have a gym thats all they will say. But its awesome that it even has this feature so im not complaining. =D

Patience. Patience. Patience. These are words that the guests don't understand, nor do they have it. It's sad but true.

Apparently destroying the elevators before firing the staff makes the game lock up a bit. Staff can't move so nothing can.

Nashrell, you're not loaning; you're borrowing. Your monthly income is decreasing because you're paying back the loans.

Cost Effieciency is crap, I have 13 full height banks of elevators, in a five star hotel tht is only 22 blocks wide and 44 floors, very few complaints, and all the money in the world. Silly engineering minded people, throw money at the problem until it goes away, if you cant afford to do that then you are not rich enough yet.

How many freaking presidents are there?? Sir, there is a reason you may not stay in the presidential suite. You are not the president.

Ah. What's that customers? You're not happy spending $30 per night to stay in a hotel with enough rooms so you practically have enough cafés, laundry rooms, discos and cinemas to have one each? Why ever not? Oh. There's not enough elevators. Okay :(
