When you rank up, guests tend to want the latest rooms rather quickly which can force you to take out a loan. To be able to advance without taking a hit in your ratings or finances, build one room less than the mandatory number to gain a star, perfect your hotel until you have no complaints, set the speed to x4, then just sit and pick your nose for a couple minutes.

Had a customer sit outside staring at my hotel for 5 years, he never moved, and he never checked in, he just sat there until he disappeared, I never knew what happened to him.

I think it's completely annoying that my costumers say that they want for example a pool and a couple of months later no one is in it. When I destroy it, suddenly everyone complains that there's no pool! How is this possible!

I kinda forgot you could go sideways expansion so i went up to level 40 then realised it and build all the exspantion of elevators as they only complain about that

50% of my hotel is elevators and HOW MANY RECEPTIONS SHOULD I BUILD?? I built 5 and the guests are still complaining, In real life we wait hours and THEY CAN'T WAIT 5 SECONDS??!

Edit: 9 elevators on most floors Yet, 3 out of the 6 people are still complaining about the elevators that i have spent most of the hotel's profit on -_-

This game is really fun but as you get further into it you run into a problem with elevators. My screen has more elevators in it than the buildings, yet still people are having problems with elevators.
