Disregard my comment about the odd glitch. I failed to connect the 4th floor to the third. *facepalms* I read comments about how to resolve a need for more elevators issue with guests not wanting to wait while elevators come. In my zeal to zig zag them I forgot to make a way to get to them. That fired waitress couldn't leave the building.

I have an odd bug. One waitress hired for a cafe won't leave the property and is still on the payroll. She even stayed on after deleting the cafe she was working in. It says fired above her head. She won't serve customers. I can't move her and I need that 300 bucks as I am losing money. Gonna have to start over since she won't leave and reloading the page doesn't help.

would be awesome to add dustbins and stairs, next to maids and elevators. maybe also advanced engineers with the knowledge of improving elevators instead of having to replace less-capacity ones & also male room-cleaners would be cool to see in-game too. if the salary for the workers could be edited by the player and also tips from customers could be includes, would be a nice feature :-)

I think the money requirement for ranking up should be raised. As it is, the upgrades you earn are more expensive than you can afford, but as soon as you unlock them customers start to give you negative reviews because you don't have them. So you start losing customers and losing money. Either you should be able to manually delay leveling up until you've saved up more money, or the money requirement should be high enough to buy the new upgrades. Or customers should wait longer before they start demanding all the new upgrades.

Issues with how receptions and elevators work in end game. The clients appear in clusters, which causes them to complain about elevators and receptions even though the average waiting time was not bad. The problem is that the few waiters cause big drops in reputation and it takes time to build it back up.

Something to note. adding a new service causes all idle people to run to it. so for the first month you will lose reputation for having a full service even though demand levels out immediately

Great game! I've been looking for a sim tower type of a game for a long time! Would be nice, if you could add the elevator to not have to click on each floor but kind of drag and place just like demolishing them.

would suggest a list dedicated to employees only because srsly hard to spot where the lazy ass is, and make it automatic for waiters to go to vacant food shops.

The elevator strategy does work, but I now have a 5 star hotel almost entirely dedicated to elevators. Can I just install stairs and tell the lazy sods to walk instead?

fantastic game. extremely addicting, but it is very hard to keep track of your staff. As someone else mentioned, there needs to be a feature where you can assign you staff to only maintain certain floors. I have floors with no mails and garbage piling up and other floors w/ 3 maids on them.

Huh, turns out I was right all along: maximum width IS 35 tiles. You can expand seven times to each side. So why were people downvoting my comment?
