i have a 49 foot hotel. you have to ride 16 different elevators to get to the top... i cant imagine thats less annoying then waiting for one !

Expansion should have some random fluctuation in price. Your neighbor might sell their plot, or they might be quite attached to their location and not want to let it go. Events like a drop in cost of neighboring property would create incentive to take out a loan.

Wow...... People complain about the elevators and i have maybe 50 or more of them, 3/4 of them arent even being used.

Elevators, dedicate an elevator from 1-10, 10-20, 20-30, 30-40 etc. Get 3-4 elevators and everybody is happy. So 4 from 1-10 anywhere on the building, 4 from 10-20 anywhere, etc. Don't extend the elevators past that and you will be fine. This knocks out 4 spots every 10 floors, so it's not a waste of space, and keeps your people happier than having 8 full size elevators.

Why do the reviews always ask you to build more of the LEAST profitable buildings, and then once you build it, everyone avoids the place like it's plague-ridden.

wow, if u think of makeing a sequel, that would be great, also make sure to listen to the best comments, and the solution to the Elvators, are rediculous, i have more than 50 eleveators and i think 1/2 of them arent even being used.

Alright WTF! first the elevators now this?!
the customer comments thing kept saying receptionist was to slow but the tips guy keeps saying that they are just standing around. So I hired another one anyway, more people started complaining about the receptionist being to slow. This went on until I had hired 556 Receptionist and was losing so much money I rage quit.

This game reminds me a lot of Sim Tower, except with Sim Tower you could have up to 8 cars in one elevator shaft... and express elevators that only stopped every 15 floors.
