i dont get how the infectivity works. at first its the chance to turn into a zombie, yes, but 102%? what, 2% chance it turns into 2 zombies?

Apparently, the cars are living beings as well. A city could be completely killed, but if even ONE car isn't destroyed, the city is only "attacked" and people move back in. What, are the automobiles actually Transformers in disguise or something?
