what are the upgrdes maximum levels? I'm going for the mad scientist achievement.
Also, my infection rate is upgraded above 100%, how does that work? not even 100% people who get killed are infected, even if i don't use any special zombies

Being bitten/eaten by a zombie doesn't 100% guarantee that others will become zombies? So if zombies became real, there is only a small chance that others will become zombies if bitten? That's not so bad
