Alright all y'all! Here are the answers to the common letters people get stuck on and can't progress from!
M: Yeah if you can't get to N this is a case of you having WAY to many people. See you gotta kill ALL of them before you can progress, and houses respawn them. Honestly, I fixed this by pressing D along all my houses. Then you just gotta track down the straggling humans.
L: also known as the point where it tells you to make more settlements. Press D to progress.
Q: Press R on top of a church
S: Press T on top of a City
D: Make oceans with D and B so there are fish to eat your squirrels.

I've played through this game three times, and gotten three different endings. How do I recreate the world war ending?

Kill all humans
N for flowers to calm them down
O=fire
P for stars: sprinkle them on all humans
Q for church
make yourself on a church then press R to spawn priests
S for cities
Use T when on cities
U for lightning
V for Hurricanes
W for freedom
X for Incarnation and you will enter the world as man
Y to ascend and kill everything
Z to clear
ESCAPE to suicide and finish the game
Now you have Freeform mode. Enjoy

Seriously? I do all of the things and I don't get credits, a freeform mode, and I apparently committed suicide, so, yeah. Now I can't do anything. All that's on the screen now is a pixellated gray circle from the crawling I did before it told me I could apparently "commit suicide" without telling me that would happen if I pushed ESC. Uh... not to be rude or anything... but maybe the mechanics of this game should try a little ESC.
