The catapult use is one of the main point to go through this game. Sadly, it's a pain in the a** to use it either with mouse or keyboard. This game could have been fun, it's just a disapointment.

Would be a lot more sensical if the catapult (lvl 5) could shoot BEHIND the wall (lvl3). Also, high-level catapult is awesome visuals

You know, when I first started playing this game (the tutorial), I thought, "what a poor design. This tutorial is awful. I'm already annoyed. And if it wasn't for the powerup points, I'd be out."
Then I started playing the actual game, and it's fantastic. It's fun, it's not too hard but not too easy. It's just right. Love it.

If something breaks your gate you're just flat f*cked. It seems like a lot of thought went in to the game but the difficulty curve is absurd. one 'wrong' choice with what to upgrade and you're done.

This game was a disappointment. The difficulty curve is sharp, and a bit unforgiving. I'm very surprised that there hasn't been any balanced done to this game.
The troops quickly become under-powered, relying on three or so units and archers to make up a bulk of your defense and to defend when you're reloading your catapult.
I hope, if there is a next go around for this, more of an effort is put on balancing the costs/power of troops as well as some other upgrades to the catapult itself.

to anyone looking for botd there's nothing at the end that lets you look back, take a screenshot of one of the cutscenes or do it all again.

Fastest wins: Max Catapault first, 1 Long Distance Archer, 1 Wall Repair guy, 1 Mounted Knight, 1 Tank. Continue to spam the knight as soon as he's back, and use your catapault as main offensive. Send tank as needed to slow all enemies down.

I think there's a bug with amount of defenders sent to battle. I lower it to zero except, say tank, and when I hit "Send Army", it sends all the troops I said it needn't to. This and the monologues were too fast for me (English is merely a third language to me).

So... Why is Gold more common than stone? I'm getting a few thousand gold each time, but only a few hundred stone? I don't get it...

I'm a little annoyed that because of what I built in my city, I can now not make it past the first boss wave. My wall isn't strong enough and my catapult doesn't do enough damage. So I built the market instead of the barracks, I was hoping for long term resource gain rather then units to only spend money on.

captain: when you hit the enemy troops hit them once, then run past and back to the city, when we need you again we will call you.
soldier: but sir i can hit more then once, and we..... captain: I SAY ONCE !!!!!

I've read the comment about how to save the game. Took special care about that. Came back after a reboot, save game is gone. :C

meh. controls are difficult and the combined deployment of troops and catapult PLUS the construction of the city are somewhat complicated.

found a glitch: when the enemy is being pushed back click/spam D this will keep pushing them back until they leave the screen lol and then you can keep firing XP
