I had some bad luck and ended up in position 10 at the end of lap 2/2, but then the race continued for another lap and I ended up in pole position, racing full-speed into a white void...and then it said I won. I like it when a game cheats to my advantage ;-)

You do NOT have to get every gold to get the hard badge. There are actually 44 gold medals you can get, so you have some leeway.

remove the hitting objects, this is just boring and too difficult...racing game is about racing, if you want to put fishes or robots on a race track, create a demolition derby game.

Too many bugs in the coordination between display and contact software sections. Twice, I've watched the final needed slalom gate pass me by on the correct side with time showing on the clock, but the program refuses to credit me with passing. Similarly, I've watched my car pass *through* a haddock, balloon, or other object, but the software doesn't count the hit. I have a similar effect on slalom gates: pass on the left, utterly clear of both arrows, but no credit for the gate. This pretty much kills any desire I have to "earn" the hard badge: if you're going to arbitrarily ignore my successes, why should I bother going for gold?

Why is it that in many racing games I start a race from the very last place and always have 40 or 80 racers in front of me?

this game has the worst road feel of any racing game I've ever played. Seriously, it's like the road just randomly slides right and left under your car.

Remove the damn camera swaying or add an option to do so cause it adds nothing except nausea. And just like one of your previous racing game, the turns are handled weirdly, where suddenly the car turns by itself to stay on the road and sometimes throws you offroad. Annoying.

The worst part of the game is the tracks where you have to hit the objects. It seems like I drive right through 50% of the objects because my car is apparently like 1 pixel wide?

Game is too plain...trying to steer is basically impossible. Only played to get the badges and it really just isn't worth it.

interesting challenges would be - finish a whole lap in first place, beat a race without boosting, and beat a race with no damage

Just finished the game. If I see another Haddock again today it's going to be too soon. Also if you want to finish the last overtake challenge just boost into the back of the car in front of you. Try to ram other cars so you're getting more than one car giving you boost and drive around with a swarm of cars being pushed in front of you.

The racing is not bad, but the handling feels klunky and the detection for some of the challenges where you run over things is awful.

give me a car that swerves left and right and I can hit it no problem. Give me a balloon that stands completely still and I miss it by 10 feet.

couple things i forgot: the different kinds of events is a nice original idea, and "knocks" dont give enough bonus money to actually matter

The events where you have to hit things are too hard, its asking you to hit a small object dead on with controls that are unpredictable! I liked all the other events though.

A fun little car game that is pretty simple. Although I didn't care much for any of the levels besides the races there seemed to be way too little control of your car for them and the generic races got fairly boring after a while. 3/5

Amazing game, just one suggestion: Shouldn't the length of the race affect the money you get from it? I can just keep farming the first race since all give same amount of money.

Got 43 golds with minimal effort ; then there was the "Flame Racing Challenge Day 2" that took me like all the other challenges combined.

Also, what's the point of the hit bonus. A dollar per hit is a total waste of time when the cheapest upgrade costs $110. By the time you've hit 110 cars, you've upgraded so much that the cheapest is now over a thousand. So the hit bonus will never let you buy anything new.

technically aerodynamics should reduce the need for drafting.... since you should have a lower air drag to begin with, right?

This offroad thing in the game is an evil, mean act against the player! Becouse the nature of the game is that the turns aren't really turns instead they are forces pulling the car off the road. So a slight mistake and you drifted off the road and you instantly lose about 4/5 of your speed! And of course the other racers never make a mistake, so this means one slight mistake from you and at least 7 cars overtake you. There goes your cance for gold, sometimes even for the 10th place! I think it's not fair to make offroading halt you, practically couseing you to lose the race, when it's so easy to go offrad!
Make it slow the player down gradually and no more than 1/3 of your top speed (I mean the slowest speed you should get while offrading - with full throttle and with no offroad upgrades - is 2/3 of your top speed). Like that the offroad upgrades would be less a waste of money too, becouse currently with or without upgrades you just can't afford to go offroad at all!
