Tips & Tricks for new racers: Boosts. They're not to be abused, as 100% boost is overkill. Boosts are used to do two things: Catch up after a crash or to meet top speed after a turn or cutting off AIs. Next up, Handling. Handling takes priority until it reaches or exceeds 50%. Over that is meeting turns but also too touchy to control. Beware! Second to last, your Engine. Raising it's % will raise Top Speed and Acceleration, so keep it fairly high. Too much before your Handling reaches 50% WILL crash you.
Last off is the most important: Be sure to "grind" the class below your new one as to be able to upgrade your car right off the bat. However, there is no penalty for going back later on. This will lead to a good car from the start, and practice for various things.

good game. I'm not seeing what makes this game stand out from so many other games already like it. Also, you can go through the first few maps without turning, it seems to do it for you

The boost does not affect the handling which is just stupid. You can corner with 50km/h faster if you are using boost and you cannot take the same turn if you are not using it...

I'd like to see more differentiation of the places in the race. There isn't much difference between getting 20th in a race and 5th. Only 1st is a little bit better than the rest but even that isn't very different. Also, thus far I'm only on to the 2nd set of races, but the cost to join a new race is so high that you can't really upgrade your car even if you won the previous race.

Ok, a few things, for one if anyone has played formula racer on here, it's the same rules, and feel, BUT is a much better game because it has legitimate challenge and the difficulty does not come solely from the game design. You could call this an improvement, with all that said. DAMN GOOD IMPROVEMENT. Much more addicting than its previous game.

So, I had all achievements unlocked except the dry shoes. So I started a race and looked at the weather. It told me the weather was WET. So I went with dry tires. However, when I started the race, the weather was DRY! Anyone else got this problem?

The "Overtaking Booster" award is a bit confusing, do I have to overtake exactly 5 cars or can it be more than 5? I've tried doing both but have yet to get this elusive award.

The handling is much too easy. I'd like it more if you could slide out on turns or control drifts. There should be at least some skill involved in handling the car, not just mashing a key and sticking to the turn.

I think in the map in the top mid right, if you could also add sort of a picture of the track? I always find myself falling behind because I can only see the arrows pointing to the turns kind of late. That's the only problem I can really see. Great game; keep up the good work!

Excellent turboNuke stuff as usual, just 2 things: I won several races using the "wrong shoes" and it won't give me the award and it happened to give me the "winning in the rain" award when I won the race during a sunny day?

Also: It seems to easy to get your car to level 5 to smoke the other racers. It only took me 3-4 races to get level 5 and I now come in first without even using boost.

This reminds me of F1 racer for the Original Gameboy. Plays pretty good so far. Playing around with the changes to the engine, handling and boost, Maxing engine and boost with 0% boost seemed to work the best. I also agree with Superconnor. I demand purple car!

See where your upgrading your engine, any way you could have the option to lock your settings in each bar? for example Engine - Handling - Boost, If you want your Engine at 55 for say and your Handling at 20, if you go over the mark by one, your mess up alittle, or even using arrows to increase or decrease by one. really good game, I like the graphics and the boost made me feel like I was driving the batmobile!

A couple of the in-game awards don't seem to be working properly for me. I'm fairly sure I've satisfied the conditions for "Wrong Shoes" and "Overtaking Booster" but don't seem to have either one in my Awards list.

Even though the game isn't finished, it's still quite an impressive game. For being solely a flash racing game, this is easily one of the better ones I've played. The graphics are way better than I was expecting. The gameplay is also good, the controls are not frustrating to use, and they actually respond, unlike other games I've played. I'm more than interested in seeing what your "finished" product of this game is going to look like :)
