Well I got the medium badge done eventually, has to clear another dungeon before badge would award... it took me 5+ hours
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I one starred this because the gold drops are so minuscule and you require thousands to to the medium badge, the time you need spend grinding isn't worthwhile

What's the difference between Legendary Units and Regular ones? DO they have better stats or a higher growth rate or what?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The badge says "Over 90d100!!!". Now, if anybody paid attention to the adventurer's journal, you should know that this would mean the damage dealt is between 90 and the number result of 90 times 100. 90 times 100 is, you guessed it, 9000, making this badge "Over 9000!!!", a decade old reference to Dragon Ball Z.

Do you lose the paladin if your barracks is full?
And do special characters like paladins differ only in starting stats or also the rate at which they train skills?

I apparently erased the part by mistake where it mentioned you do it by constantly buying and reselling minor potions. Anyway, the skill stops raising by 2s at 700s.

Similar to how it works for the books, if you have 300-400 or so bargaining, and a few thousand gold in your hand, you can grind your bargaining up massively, If you start at 300 with 15k gold, you could probably take it all the way up to max if you wanted to. It'll save you a ton of money/time in the long run when you get to buying skill books and home upgrades.

@vampto seriously dude, it is not rocket science... if you go in order of difficulty, the game almost plays itself. Otherwise, just spend time defending against enemies that could level your skill.

Protip: 3rd page in the shop has books that increase your Skills, mostly the crafting ones. Around 400 or so skill level, it's more efficient to just buy books. That coupled with a good run in the Mystery dungeon, you can even max a skill from 0 to 1000 for around 20K-30K gold based on your bargaining skill and just spamming that skill book. Also it's a good idea to check the wiki for crafting recipes, if you're trying to play just by what recipes you find, be PREPARED for a long freakin' haul, friend.

whats the deal with the undefinable item you receive at the end of this??? next how the hell do i get a defense of 60?? and 3rd the game is sooooo long do you really think i have time to play it all again for the other faction achievement?

My only gripe is the seeming extensive grindfest. I died four times, just four, and I went down to 130 health. That, mixed with my very low weapon defense, meant that the boss hit me dead in just three turns. So now I have to grind gold to buy alchemy and artisan books, kill tons of monsters for weapon attack experience, buy thousands of potion materials, keep spamming the potion creation buttons and hope for a success... until eventually I have more health than the boss and might, might have a chance of winning. Frankly, in my opinion, there's way way too much grinding necessary for such a seemingly short game.

I have a 24% chance of hitting the opponent. I missed 24 times in a row (maybe that's what the % sign means in this developer's native tongue?!?). Me thinks, based on other comments as well, that this developer needs a lesson in mathematics.

The intro to this game is so asininely nonsensical there is no redemption. I answer idiotic questions to a scenario in which I'm given no context only to fight an unwinnable fight. Truly brutal. 1/5

the games potential is great and all but there is just one thing that will actually make me end up not giving it 5/5 but only a 3/5. The hit system itself. Honestly, it makes me want to smash my head against the wall so hard i'd fall unconsious about 80% of the times. How in the name of fekk do you manage to miss 3 times in a row every four battles with a 95% chance of hitting? how? like-.... Its completely retarded. And even more, when the enemy has a 50% hit rate with a 10-15% hit chance. Its as rage inducing as playing Getting Over It and the potential is ruined more than Sword Art Online was ruined.

Mana drain just removes some of the enemy's mana; mana leech gives it to you. Learning supposedly ups your chance of skill gain when you do stuff.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The way the spells work basically forces you to specialize in books and staves to get any mileage out of them. Other than that, good game.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Is it just me or are there a lot of stats that are just unexplained? I can't seem to find what "learning" does. Also, what's the difference between mana leech and mana drain?
