Maybe add a screen that, when hovering over an item in your inventory, it also shows that type of item that you have equipped. that way it's easier to compare them.
This is something I'm looking into doing, I wish it were as simple as adding another tooltip window, the main restriction is screen space so I may create a system to hold a key to flip which item is displayed in the tooltip, the one rolled over or the one currently equipped in that slot.

And yes, when I craft an item - dont reset matrix each time! It is a loooooooooot of trys before we could craft top items, so one should craft-craft-craft items like a crazy to increase a chance.

For people confused about crafting:
- In order to get recipes, you have to do the repeatable dungeons for alchemy, blacksmithing and tailoring. They start out easy (and give bad recipes) and get harder each time you do them until you've unlocked all recipes.
- your success rate is determined partially by your artistry skill. If you have low artistry, you can't make the best items. Artistry is raised by failing at making stuff. Easiest way to train it is to repeatedly try to craft with just one common ingredient over and over again. You'll also train scavenging while you do this.

when you die, it says you "feel weaker than before". I assume this means that quite a few of my current stats lower when i die. I'd like for a dialog to be shown of what exact skills i've lost so i know exactly what to train to be equal or better then before.
a dialogue showing what items are better or worse then the ones i have equipped, such as a side by side comparison when either hovered over or when a certain button is clicked this going back and forth thing is ridiculous.
a confirmation dialogue with the disenchanters would be great. i accidently disenchanted a ring because i had clicked it twice and equipped with a different one.

I think there should be an option to disable all animations inside of battles. This would decrease the lag that so many people experience due to magic attacks and would significantly speed up the fighting process.

I am not trolling here, but this game keeps my CPU at 100%. Surely some optimizations can be made so that I don't have to wait a second for a +40 to float on the screen or for a small icon to move left or right.

This is a fun little time-waster. Lots of grinding, and after a while you also have to take a fair amount of time for inventory management.
I do have one question. Later in the game, fighting the the 8-strong lich tactical army, there is one character that ends up freezing the game: NaN (as in, N/A), who seems to be a bit of a glitchy NPC. Since it's an NaNa, it doesn't move when it's its turn, which freezes the game. Other than avoiding that tactical battle for the foreseeable future, is there any other way around this?

A "loot all" option would be nice. And a "loot all items above x gold" (where you could set the x value). It would make the loot items screen less tedious - it gets very repetitive.

@Gryphons Artistry is easily trained without the training potions. I'm not sure where you got that idea. Put one ingredient on the crafting grid after clicking experiment, and hit combine, it will fail, and you will gain artistry, 90% of the time for the first 70 or so tries. Hold shift and click on an item to make it take even less time. You'll get 500 artistry in like 10 minutes at most.
You need probably 1000 tailoring and 800 Artistry to make most of the super weapons. Please don't hate this game.

Also, some more ideas:
1. Please, add any clue to indicate which man I have selected, i.e. would be wonderfull if the I, II, III, IV buttons will turn "on/off" when selected.
2. What about an option to show/hide soldier's name in a Tactical Battle? Usefull if I want to kill all my soldiers with "Loot Soldier".
3. On the Magical Artifact screen information, PLEASE add "Magical artifact" to the description, or show the charachter's name on different colour. I know an artifact is much more expensive that a common one, but you know, check the colour name is faster than check the price.
4. Also, why not to show the mana cost of using weapons on Tact Bats?
5. Also show the triggered effects, too! Is my Weak Soldier weaking their foes? Are my Leech Soldiers leeching live/mana?
6. Finally, what happens exactly when you die? Wich statics fall down?
Thnx for reading!

Upon any game completion for this version it should unlock all races for this version. That would help with issues of people losing their old save games.

For some reason this game is incredibly laggy for me, which is... well unheard of for me. Only flash games that lag me are things like bloons tower defense for obvious reasons. Not sure why the performance is so bad in it but it'd be awesome if you could fix it.

Why do I have to click that treasure chest after every single encounter? There isn't anything else you can do there and it just slows down the whole process that little bit further every single time, which is a pain given how much this game wants you to arduously grind through everything.
It would also be nice to have a way for turning off the auto-attack outside of combat.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I can see improvements; potions boosted, heals from the map, the shop sells more than one useful item (I'm not far enough in to know if the crafting is still as underbalanced as before), etc. Autoattack is nice, but the fact that it needed to exist means combat balance is still tedious. The main problem persists -- it runs a bit faster than the previous games, but it's still darn slow. On low quality it's running far slower than a port of the PS2 Tomb Raider on high settings. I know Flash is unusually slow, especially browser-side, but I've seen too many games on this very site do more faster, and tactical battles run so slowly as to be unplayable. At this point you should probably consider cutting down on gratuitous particle effects, replacing the paper dolls with sprites, then poke into optimizing and making sure inactive screens/objects and such aren't eating processor time. Case in point, there's basically no reason whatsoever that the dungeon map should ever be lagging.

Pro tip: stock up on mana potions and potion power boosters, take a pile of them, four (or more) sledgehammers and a teleport sack to Vault 15. Cast Sneak for every enemy you can, then when you get near the treasure chests, use hammers to clear out the furniture. Cast Luck to boost your returns and teleport anything you can't hold back to your stores. No need to fight the immortal titans.
(...Actually, no need to fight much of anything at all. If you could get a 150% potion boost and enough mana potions, you could probably beat every five-skull dungeon in the game using nothing but the Sneak spell.

You should consider including more tooltips, especially for attributes, and buffs. If you enter the "Buffs" window, I would expect there to be basic tooltips covering what stuff like "Weakness" does.

I'm sure it would be better if Tincture of Learning didn't try to train skills that are already at 1000. Sometimes I get NOTHING at all from them, with several combat skills around 300 :(

I played this game for over 4 hours... It is good, just a few suggestions; My Squad: I have 6 different people to equip, without an auto e-quip feature with my best equipment, this takes an age!... The concept is great but I spend more time trudging through junk items then playing the game... Playing the same dungeon over & over for Alchemy/Tinkering gets a little tedious. I used two spells, G.Heal/Heal. There are so many battles with enemies that I auto attacked everythng & felt no need for other spells. I love gaes from undefined & think they're amazing, A great base, I just feel improvements could be made.

Suggestions, a summary after a dungeon, of money gained, stats improved, etc. A better way to sort the backpack and tell if an item has higher base stats than your current items.

Cool game! Is it possible to do the following amendments?
1) Why do I need to click on a chest after finishing a fight? I have to open it anyway, so why can't it be opened automatically?!
2) Is it possible to add a button like 'Take all', so you don't need to click on each single item you wanna take?
Thanks! :)

This was far better than the older Arkandian games, but it still feels slow. Here's where things could be improved: If I'm using an auto-fight then speed up combat. I don't need to see the full animation each time. (Incidentally, let me pick the auto fight at the start of each fight; don't carry it over.) Don't show me a chest if there's no actual loot; just tell me I got gold. Let me automatically pick up the items from loot if my backpack has at least 5 empty slots left. Let me use potions from the loot screen! Show me a screen when I start a new game showing me which bonuses I received based on previous games; it'll encourage me to get those achievements. Give me a "Sell all" button in the shop. Give me a little potion icon down near my HP/MP if I've got one in my inventory and let me click it to take the biggest one that won't overfill my HP/MP if it gives me the max possible.

Is it just me or does this game tend to have random slowdown when you walk around sometimes? Also, are there no female Heroes to recruit? I swear I've gone through enough of the Prisons to find 3 skull now, and still none look like women...
Still a fun time-waster though.

Suggestions: (1) Include option to buy objets and walls; (2) it's really sad to steal walls, I'd rather steal floors (I'm disappointed I won't ever get some of the cool ones); (3) when equipping "my squad", don't make us "close", then click another ally, and and then clicking "equip" again--next/previous arrows in the equip menu would be awesome! Great job, keep it up!

So since space is an issue, perhaps the attributes on the inventory item that are better would be highlighted in green while the worse attributes are in red. That would at least make it easier to compare some aspects of items.

I clicked in a gem in my inventory, found out I had no socketable item so I closed my inventory (instead of clicking the gem again to cancel) and went to store my gem. Now I'm walking around in a dungeon with the "Click the gem again to cancel" message hovering on top

Some answers to questions i've seen:
Artistry + skill gives % chance of success.
Raise artistry & Scav by "experiment" and add one cheap item to grid.
Enchantment skill is used to get gems, and slot gems. high skill needed to get gems when disenchanting items (disenchant a lot).
Mysticism raises the cap for your BUFFS (Mana drain, to hit +, etc.).
Socket items by adding gems (from finding or disenchanting) to add buffs.
The "unfinished" dungeon is after you beat the game.
To get recipes, there are 3 repeatable 2 level dungeons with recipes at the end (and another for tactical members). They get a bit harder & more costly each time (esp the tactical dungeon). That will get you every recipe.

You really need to change the way the inventory is managed. (like why is the inventory slot 11 left of the slot 9?). Just start with (6/4/0/0), (6/6/0/0) instead of (4/4/2/0), (4/4/4/0)....

Ok devs - I've hit level 50 in the dungeon two ways - the first time I went in and did it 20 levels at a time so I could spend some gold and raise my crafting skills, the second time I did 1-50 and I still don't have my level 50 award.
Additionally I've stolen like 50 walls now and still don't have that acheivment either. Please help!

Has anyone managed to get the "Spelunker" award yet? Reading the comments so far, it sounds like it just plain doesn't work, and I have wasted enough hours on this game already that I'm not gonna waste several more trying to get an achievement that doesn't even work.
On a related note, for those having trouble getting the Walled Cave award, you must gather 21 WHITE walls. Gray (dark) walls will not work.
