Once the loan is paid off I really would have liked items just to sell automatically. It seemed like absolute time-wasting to keep clicking "open shop" until they were all gone.

A tip to get more out of your turns, if you are quick about it you can move a gem to create a combo and then click on either attack or spell and both will occur.

Anybody who is struggling to finish this, there is an endgame weapon on the Angelic stage, random drop, but oh so powerful

You can win the game without replaying levels and using bugs, just amp treasure to 100 for each enemy before killing it, prior to level 19 where 500-hp enemies live. In the meantime get 2 or less upgrades for mana/treasury, get 4-6 shelves for shop, pay off your debt and put rest money for mana gain - then chain storms, make sure you keep HP-regen items in stash, you can survive all enemies with them. 100% damage ring is your friend too.

I used the following spells for walking through the last level easily: Timewarp, Energy Storm, Planned Assault, Sneak Attack, Healing Fire and Midas Touch.

when you manage to make an 8 in a row, it still only says five of a kind (as to howto do it? , get 8 in a row of treasure and gem at most two of the same type next to one another and then cast wealth)

Bug: If you get an achievement during an adventure, your max hp is displayed as increased but it doesn't actually increase until the adventure ends. For example, on first adventure, hp 98/100, match 5 to get the achievement, hp 100/110, match 4, green +2 hp sparklie is shown but hp stays 100/110 (should be 102/110).

Great game, but a lot of spells could use a rebalancing. Many do such tiny amounts of damage that they are worthless, even with 100% damage increase from equipment. Having more active spell slots would be great too. On another note, would be cool to have a world map and more interesting enemies with better abilities.

The endgame comes abrupt.
Suddenly one level you get a weapon that does 40 damage, then the nest level enemies have 500 hp. At that point any damage spells are worthless. Just spam wealth/ice storm/fire storm, occasionally casting a fireball.
At that point I only needed to match gems to get enough to cast my "whole board gem destruction" spells

Hmm. Start off a simple shopkeeper's son tasked with keeping the shelves stocked...end up being the only human being to go past the World's End into the Real of Chaos and wind up slaying the very Essences that make up EVERYTHING. ....yup, that's what I call Capitalism.

The best spell for killing an enemy is Cold Snap as you can play it as long as you got ice man. My killchain at the moment is Sneak Attack, Magic arrows, 4x Cold Snap, 2 attacks (sometimes the second isnt working). So 7 kills for every enemy =)

I'm enjoying the game and then went to the main menu to deal with the sound. Tried to continue my game, and it never saved! Incredibly frustrating that I have to start over from square one.

There is a serious problem with the audio. The main menu sound does not go away during adventure. They both stack creating really awful noise. I tried refreshing and simply playing through, but it never goes away. The only fix is to mute the whole game, and thats a shame :(

Why stop at 2 or 3 kills? Venom+Sneak+2 attacks means I can kill each enemy 4 times... and that's just what I'll do...

I liked the part in the game where it wasn't noticed that one of the characters was named "The Black King" and he wasn't black.

It would be better to state, that "storm" type spells also do damage, in the spell description. Most adventures on last page would be impossible without them.

I'm grinding gold with the 1st enemy in 3rd campaign. Seems like it's a slow and boring but surefire way to gain money (especially the healing makes me practically immortal), because selling loots can't even cover interest payment (not to mention unpredictable). >_>

Who the hell gave thumbs up to Doctorchaos? Seriously, he's pissing and moaning about the equip bonuses "not working," when the real problem is he himself just doesn't understand what they mean.

@doctor: there's heal affinity which gives a chance to heal for 3 matched gems, and heal mastery which increases how much you heal for 4/5
matched gems. Think nothing like you described.
Think the damage is % increase. Your base is too small to gain anything w/ a 5% increase. Know it's applies to weapons.

and double WTF I have healing pants that are supposed to give +15 health at end of a match. Just killed something and moved on with no healing. Seems like none of the goddam bonuses actually work. Fuch this game

I'm sad that there wasn't a quote from Like A Boss when you got the Lonely Island. (But I forgive you because of the Dwarf Fortress references.)

ya may need 0 fire, but with 0 fire it does 0 damage. It consumes all fire mana you have stored and does damage based on the amount.

Hmm, let's see, what do I need for fireball?
Poison 4:
I guess that kinda makes sense, the smoke is sort of like poison
Magic: 4
Well, it's magic after all.
Fire: 0
... Wait a second, what?
Ice: 4
Bullshit.
