Might be just me but I've always hated it when in games like this there's some time limit and you just lose. I understand the time limit but what if instead of the game just ending you could continue to play anyways to still get everything but you just won't get the proper ending or something. It's the same thing in Pikman, if you don't beat the whole game by the time limit you have to start over. I personally hate that, might just be me, but, + if you agree

Walking in the dungeon is stressful for you alright, but it's very stressful for the player if you got too stressed 1 step before opening a treasure chest!

Legen. I know you're just a kid. But if you can hit a pinata you can hit a skeleton without missing more then 70% of the time. (ಠ_ಠ)

Hard badge with 60 weeks to go...cool. If anyone wants the walk through, it is pretty easy. Get CON and materials to start. Build up garden. Street sweep, and then laborer. Once that is done you have to get lucky and get the Castle (random in scorching desert - just run from all fights). Rest there for the stats. Then use the barracks and train up to 1000 in physicals (you may need to do some of the lower level quests to get materials for the Barracks). Once you have that maxxed, it is just a matter of keeping up with items. Buy the General Store. Then buy various upgrades to unlock dungeons. You can get the 20 items without ever going into the VERY time consuming red dungeons.

serious question.... do you just start with like 20% chance to hit or am I just retardedly unlucky. miss, miss, miss, miss, miss, miss... every fight.

What does it mean when your 7-day babysitting job went so badly you only get paid for 3 days I feel like that warrants further investigation

WARNING: Specific skills must be met in order for enough dungeons to appear. If you follow the guides written in the comments, you must ALSO make sure that you level skills, such as Bravery and Tactics. Unfortunately, I did not keep track of which skills opened which dungeons at what levels. Just know that it's something you have to be aware of. I only figured this out after blowing past my last 18 weeks experimenting!!

It's a nice and rather complex game...but the combat is horribly tedious. I know that i'll win anyway, why do I have to watch 30+ seconds of 2 chars missing each other. Autocombat, please. As in: *Click* -> result screen

wish we had the ability to modify our equipment in the dungeons and an exit button when we are done exploring instead of having to go all the way back or max out our stress levels..

'Oi. You villagers. Why is this 12 year old boy single handedly putting up all your buildings for you?'
'He started it, we didn't want to interrupt...'

This is cool, but how come I found a sword off an enemy and can only equip it AFTER I leave the dungeon? I mean, even if I had to toss my rusty sword away to equip this shortsword, I should be able to do so in the dungeon where I found it, right?

you will have trouble hitting in the start because you have no training, first get some combat attack skill and try to find at least one item with +hit chance on it and you will be fine

I was so close! I was TWO BOXES AWAY from getting all three achievements on my very first run! If I had known I needed bravery to open up more dungeons, I would have had it! Dx

In my apprentice's defense, his half his village was slaughtered. That, combined with all the monsters, would stress out anyone who's walking through a dungeon.

To all beginners: If you have trouble hitting your enemies, go to school and do combat training (get the money to do so by working). Increasing combat attack increases your chance to hit. Combat defense is incredibly usefull too, if it's maxed out your enemies physical attacks will miss quiet often. When choosing stats at the beggining of the game, constitution and extra building materials are good choices.

Needs to have a quicker combat option, mute sounds option and also would be good to know which buildings are required to open additional dungeons, ran out of materials quite quickly and was very little could be done, being able to buy more would be brilliant.

@Bordock, ages ago I had the same problem, multiple computers and the arrow keys always seemed to stick while playing this game and others. I eventually found out it had something to do with with Internet Explorer, so I switched to Mozilla Firefox and I've never had that problem again, Google Chrome will also probably work.

There's an age requirement on a lot of dungeons, as well as some dungeons (specifically the line leading to finding the person that assaulted your village, as well as to hell) that require other dungeons to be completed in order to access. It's not just bravery, or just the buildings you've unlocked.

I dunno about you guys, but I really enjoyed the actual non-combat part of this game. Really, the combat is pretty boring, just watching two people swing swords at each other until one falls over, or shoot a couple fireballs, same effect really. The actual economy and training of stats is what I found fun. Wish there was another way to get construction material in town though, oh well.

What is this guy's freaking problem that he needs to rest for a week at a time? Some hero: Saved you! Time for a week long nap.

There seems to be a bug when using mental strife against elite shamans, they stop attacking and there is no way to continue the fight except (leave the game).

After spending 2 minutes watching Me AND the Enemy miss and doing 10dmg the few times we hit each other I gave up. I cant believe i played this game back in 2013 and got the badges. The 1 star I gave it then is not deserved. This game should have negative points.
