I wish we would choose only a target area for a unit to shoot at. If I have a mage who is supposed to weaken enemies for my other units, I don't need them redoing the buff 3 times on one enemy, I would rather that every unit get it as they pass by. Also, if I want to make sure that some of my units get exp because they'll need it later, but are farther back in the line, I can limit what my farther up units can do so that I can ensure they do, or something like that.

If I'm logging into Kongregate, then why can't the saves be stored on their servers so that I can continue the same game wherever I am. This would also stop people losing their games when/if the browser clears the history. Surely this should be a basic benefit of being a member.

if looking for achievements the critical hits badge,stranger to Arkandia badge , and the badges inthe skill section of the menu are the achievements.the top of course is famous a badge with purple star .of course you have already seen this on th videoson you tube showing playing strategy on merc iv.v.

Training units takes away from gold so just pave and place units where will do most damage.for example on regular quests just place cross bowunits four to a column lining all approaches.first you place them at the exists then work inward.then can use the ankle shots andarmour piercing skills.same thing though. just pasted the code from that into merc iv.v iam sure
Mage defender is smiliar t merc iv.v but costs less and offers only four maps not as much fun.

save money by not hiring heroes untill complete ruined smithhy, setting up base camp, king's highway, cursed river questsas well as induction quest.
to beat ruins quest place three energy magesand three crossbow units first then fire unitso in the rpaved spaces past the corner. for king's highway line it with energy mages with a few crissbow or fire units to the rightof center. cursed river is similar an energy mage trianglr approach then place crossbow units.fire units on righhand side.four more energy units near exit..ciidal road cab be beat by putting crossbow units on first part of highway and then fire units after or if have enough money equpping one unit with cross bow or fire skill from village storethe fire chesse for 900 gold or so..

buy the Arkandian experiance map it adds 500 experiance points or just go to you tube ad look at the experiance skill adjustment thereor buy a hero memory wiper from the game store in game it converrts skills.also put all your points into leadershipadvances hires faster. for ranged reccommend adding rifle unitand removing that invest in range option from skill set.artillary,tanks,and aircraft or space craftsay in form of shuttles can be introduced to the game or placed.also stencyl might enable tile sets where can do so.also possible to add in swf file and use cshareaholic and integeate stencyl and flash using + button .add all games and skills or use flash vortex.com button.

Does Tactics for a hero work? I have tactics 4 and the screen says I need 920 for the max lvl on my archwizrd but it will not click over till I have 1000

@Iveran999 - couldn't agree with your suggestions more. Gets a little annoying having to click the mouse over and over again to complete a level. Perhaps a static skills bar tucked away in the top left or right corner that would switch between different units once they are clicked upon. It would also be nice to have a 4x speed increase in addition to the double speed options that is already available in the game. That being said, I love this game. 50+ hours of "time wasted" thus far :)

Like the game but make it so I do not have to close every upgrade menu. I should be able to switch guys and see the upgrades and have an auto send timer for the monsters

My only complaint is that there's no organization system for the inventory; I'd like to be able to sort items by attribute and value. Other than that, I love this game. 4/5

I LOVE these games... but does anyone agree with me that the more complicated they get the less fun they are? I find myself returning to the earlier ones more often then not..

My strategy: Just one hero for every element with a range or mage base unit for flying units. This way you can skill the max out of every hero and quest become easy.

Like this game alot. Tough but not so tough as to make you lose interest. I had a little trouble understanding some of the more esoteric aspects of it at first, but can see I'll be spending a lot of time on this. lol, speaking of which.... love the "time wasted" :)

Guys, the Armor Games version of this game has its own special badge and the AG intro. It's not something bad per-se, but we shouldn't give them credit for it.

If you aren't getting the BotD, go to the Stats screen by going to the world map and clicking on the shield in the upper-left that says "Stats", make sure you are connected to Kongregate by checking you have a green plug above the chat box, click on Achievements so it is showing the red star over the BotD, take a screenshot, and then report a missing achievement. Kongregate staff should give you the badge and the points for BotD sometime in the next day. Even if they award it to you AFTER the time officially ends, if your screenshot show a red star over the BotD they will award you the bonus points.
