Okay so here is what i have to say. this game is very good and i have been waiting for it for a very long time, but it has more than a few things that need to be fixed before i can consider it playable. i have to reaload this gave every few times i level up because it starts to lag, also, i exported my save to see what it did and i came back into the game and my save just wasent there but i have the file for it so maybe make a way to import your file for this game? other than that there have been a few times that i had to reload the game because i couldent see any of my items but when i reloaded they were still there. other than that 5/5

A couple comments. First of all, the first murloc rpg has been my favorite game of all time for YEARS. I have played it through fully several times. I liked the old murloc RPG better, sorry to say. What would make me happiest would be if the original murloc storyline was expanded, but not the gui. I liked the old gui best, in and out of battle. It was so simple and elegant. The talent point system was also very nice, allowing for some diversification of class. Also, the main thing I noticed wrong with this game is the mana % cost. With a % cost for spells, getting more mana does absolutely nothing. If it costs 10%, you can still only use the spell 10 times whether you have 10 mana or 10,000,000. I can understand why, so that it doesn't become overpowered, but it would be nice if equipment would enhance spell damage or something rather than the meaningless mana. Anyway, happy to see this getting continued! Thanks so much! Good luck!

i think it would greatly improve the pace of the game if you made the space bar the botton to interact with dead opponents and npc's. rate so the developer can see

Oh, this hurts to find. So much nostalgia, and such an amazing game. Why must these massive companies shun such low-profile developers? These games were genuinely fun, and only had minuscule reference to the original game. They credited the originals and made the game free. They aren't profiting or anything from these games, so why crack down on them?

@Dragonair4 He didn't die wtf, he just stopped working on games and shut down his sites. Murloc rpg was his biggest game and when that was banned he just lost the will to make new games.

This is the most beautiful game on the planet, I don't know how the world spun before Murloc RPG was a thing. Now if only episode 2 could come out!

I played the originial murloc when it first came out, I loved it to pieces, i then played so much of stranglethorn i memerised the entire game and the names of all the monster, so when this game came out, you can imange how much i played it, LOVE the whole style, and if you ask me, it should be a full game, keep up the good work!

Oh finally beat doom frog with Scout ...
Scout Way to Beat Doom Frog (No Bombs = Clean Money! *Grin*)
-Before Apply Slice and Dice
-Have a good weapon that deals at least a good +10 minimum damage (Well is not really necessary , just to make it faster)
-Have Sucker Punch and Cheap Shot (Optionally Kidney Shot and Garrote)
-Start the fight.
-Sucker Punch and Cheap Shot Constantly Him (Don't do any other thing on other turn , or Kidney shot him through cheap shot is faster)
-Note : Use Cheap Shot or Kidney Shot when Sucker Punch says 1 turn left then use Sucker Punch when is ready to use, don't worry if the frog is not stunned because there is only one turn where he is not stunned or silenced , is inoffensive , well only 1 turn without silence or stun if you don't use kidney shot
-Optionally Garrote Him for Extra Damage
-Keep Attacking Him with normal attacks while he is silenced or stunned.
And you won!

To beat the doom frog, you need to STUN or SILENCE him for all times to prevent him from casting the one-shot doom skill. SCOUTS: use SUCKER PUNCH + KIDNEY PUNCH + NORMAL ATTACK combo to bring him down. DO NOT use any special abilities except for garrote when your energy eventually reaches around 80. BARBARIANS: use PUMMEL + ARCANE BOMB (buy at least 30~40) + NORMAL ATTACK and occasional INTERCEPT. Use blood rage and berserk rage if your rage gets low, and have potions ready at all times. REMOVE any +STAMINA gears and avoid SHIELD WALL because berserk rage's health deduction is calculated from base health, not total health, making health potions less efficient. SHAMANS: sorry, shamans cannot beat the doom frog in any conventional ways because they just don't have enough stunning abilities, even with arcane bombs. Thumb this up so others can see, and enjoy your ring.

Decently fun, but the impression that I get is that not as much effort went into this as Stranglethorn fever. I'll skip the common concerns that you probably already know (lag, mana). The resurrection sickness is unnecessary and just forces the player to sit there and wait. The cooldowns on abilities should reset after every fight also and some abilities shouldn't have a cooldown altogether (lockpick: just forces the player to sit in front of a chest waiting). More enemies would have been a plus, as I didn't find it very engaging to grind on boars for an hour in arena mode. Some abilities are also mostly useless - like recuperate, by the time you get it the bosses in the arena one shot you if they connect an attack anyway. For the next episode, I encourage you to give the players a sense of exploration and variety like you did with the first game.
I wish I could add more enemies but I've reached so many library limits in flash that I literally couldn't add more graphics! Thanks for the feedback, I'll take everything into consideration for the next episode!

This game is riddled with bugs at the moment. The needing to reload every 10 minutes can get frustrating, I also just lost all my game data. The spells using a percentage of your total mana makes gaining mana a bad thing, because potions will restore less of your total mana as it rises. I was looking forward to this game, maybe I'll come back to it when the bugs are ironed out.
Murloc RPG 2 has over 100,000 lines of code! We did our best to bug test, but there are bound to be some glitches that we missed. I'm working hard on making the game run as smooth as possible on all machines!

I have to say this is my favorite flash game series of all time, but we nee to stop pestering him for part 2! He said it took him over a year last time, so it might be a while, thumbs up this comment so he will make part 2!

well i am sure you guys didn't need around 5 years for this ... i love the game but the story is so short (no imagination there , like after you defeated the thorncaller the chief is kidnapped and you must save him etc.) no talent points , 2 few enemy's and items , this should be the mobile version of the game .... but if you add talent trees to the next game Im fine with it XD

When I noticed you said "In development for over a year" I thought this has to be a great sequel. And Unmediocre, you didn't disappoint me! 5/5
