After 6 failed tries last night, I decided to try again...very first game I play today I get the 100K. And that is why you never give up. In addition to the advice in the top comments, honestly you also need a bit of luck due to the random nature of the game.

To continue Marv's tips, if the transform ability turns the targets red, use the blue ability "harvest" to double the amount of life you're taking in

So, i was having troubles getting the medium badge when i read Marvaddin and Pla post...
Everything was going alright, and just when i had 30 lives and only 10 turns to win the last level... just when i was thinking "there is nothing that can stop me now" i got a blue screen...
...really? why?
Anyway, nice game had fun.

@localmusicians: you need to avoid the black ones as their special powers are the least useful. if you do not collect them for a long time, it will create a big group, which can be transformed to red ones to heal a lot of health at once.

Got to say, following a mix of Marvaddin and Plaplante's strategies made this badge not overly difficult. Another element I'd add is that where possible, try not to cut a hole through the middle of any possible big groups (i.e., you need eggs in the gaps to give yourself a chance of having a big group of whatever colour next time). Very entertaining game. 5/5

i don't get this game...no matter what cuties i kill my health goes down. RED ones DO NOT increase my health (unless increasing means from 20 to 19. There for ALL of then "increase" your health. Avoid black ones..why they do the same as all the others.

Some notes and tips: 1) You need to aim for golden eggs for the hard badge. I did it and when I got 100k, eggs were hatching each 12 turns, impossible without the eggs. 2) max life you can have is 40. 3) each soul counts for both skills of same color. 4) Strategy: kill all cuties red, blue and yellow, and avoid blackies at all costs. With time, eggs will hatch and create a big group of 20+ blackies. Use transform skill. If they get red, use harvest. If dont, use Vampiric Touch. Grab the eggs quickly and rush to biggest groups of yellow / blue. 5) While moving, dont care about normal eggs (-2 points) and use Jump if you go to a dead end of your big black group. Dont kill it until needed. 6) If you have black skills, use to grab eggs. 7) NEVER go for alone reds that are not in your route, as time passes will you level up, so its no good. If tips are useful, give it a + :O)

@JSilvis You can't get Golden Eggs if you don't kill groups of 10+ cuties. It appears to be :
10 : 1 GE
15 : 2 GE
20 : 3 GE
But I might be wrong

Well after getting 70,000 points, I tip my hat to those who can get the Hard. Hell, I'll give you my hat because it seems that every star in the universe must align to get the right sets of everything when you need them.

This 100K thing is much harder than the comments make it seem. Idk if I just have the worst luck in history but golden eggs NEVER appear for me. By 13 turns I only had 27K. I love the game but damn. It's too bad there's never been a sequel.

Blue cutie's abilities are so useful. Jumping to advoid crushing normal eggs to get bonus points, and getting double souls to wildly increase your yellow cutie or red cutie kill count.

Another reason I love this game: You come here, call out competition, and the competition makes a hell of a showing. Nice scores lately.

i'm afraid i don't see the point to this game, i feel like im playing checkers by my self, no upgrade system, no progression, the game doesn't seem to get more advanced in any meaningful way.

Also, on a personal note... I love playing either "A Tout le Monde" by Megadeth (with Christina Scabbia from Lacuna Coil) or "The Part Where He Kills You" from the Portal 2 soundtrack while playing this... They fit the theme nicely.

Keep on trying, rytiss... I find it also helps to spam quit and restart until you get a good start with a large group. Whoops! Did I just give away my secret? ;) No, actually I didn't.

*raises hand* Yes, I'm trying to dominate the "Highest score in unlimited mode" for the daily and weekly scoreboards. *puts hand down* ...no, I'm not having much luck.

@tech501 your HP wasn't that high and it doesn't take long to get 1200, start over and play again. The fact that it froze on you is not necessarily the games fault, could be your computer.
