How to ensure that a Pact is accepted: Kill one unit of the target you want to sign a Pact. The sign a Pact. 85% sure it will accept. Also, 5/5!

This game is brilliant in its simplicity. I'd love to see it expanded upon with team games, multiplayer, some new features. Otherwise, great.

The idea is to signa pact at the beginning. wait for that country to take the other ones then make a mad dash for the capital! :D crush the small provinces and annex the world >:D

Not bad in concept but it suffers from standard "computer always knows the best moves" bias; needs variable difficulty settings.

Everybody the key solution to winning is to get 99s right on the border of greenland then sign a pact with them while trying to get the red guys. meanwhile the green guys will be getting the purple guys and if your lucky greenland will capture the purple guys then you can charge in with your 99s and kill greenland then the purple guys will only come back but if you didnt get the red guys no worry just send in a few tanks to each area then kill all the remaining enemys then you win!

I have seen this game appear on this site numerous times. I am pretty sure this game has been "stolen" again. Great game, but the uploader doesn't deserve the credit.

Absolutely love this game, bought the iPhone version too. Would love to see it taken to the next level with terrain effects, powerups, abilities, or larger maps. For instance: Artillery/Aerial Bombardment - occasional attack powerup, but can't hold ground. Dig In Defense - get a defense bonus, but can't move for a couple turns. Propaganda - powerup that prevents an enemy city from recruiting for a turn. Fog-of-War or progresively harder levels in a storyline would be a challenging option as well.

The comment that if you merge troops your morale is unaffected is false. It depends on your troops in the neighboorhood and enemy troops nearby.

Overall, it's a great game. I gave it five stars and favorited it. But there is one thing I don't like. The fact that there are a limited number of moves per turn. Earlier, I had 20+ 99-strong armies and around 10 lesser armies. And the frontline was a stalemate. Because I could only move five armies a turn, and keeping the frontline was vital. I could have won, easily. Once all my armies were on the mainland, I could have booted Greenland off the map with overwhelming numbers. It would have been like thirty flyswatters coming at a fly from all directions at the same time.
