Loved, loved, loved this game! Great balance and gameplay, lots of challenging decisions about equipment and skills. It did end fairly abruptly, though--I had so many skills I wanted to try out, and I only got to choose a tiny fraction of them. Will there be more to this game, or a sequel? The only other thing that bothered me was the inability to choose a female avatar. Come on now, we chicks love to hack our way through golem warriors too, you know! :)

I'm at Stonehelm -- are we supposed to have a third character at all by this point? I have a lot of extra equipment I've been saving ....

huh crushing blow badge seems to be broken cant seem to earn it even after hitting well over 500 damage with a headshot

I can't finish the game because my skill tree is full and I can't spend the last point I have, so it won't let me leave this screen without spending that point, but I don't have anything left to use it on.

Okay, seriously, am I the only one who's having trouble getting the Crushing Blow Badge? I did over 100 damage during the final battle, but it ain't giving me the badge...don't tell me that loading (not importing) a character after already beating the game doesn't count?

Built full damage, didn't need a single mana or health potion on default difficulty (one fight was close, though). Not particularly innovative, but nice music and surprisingly reasonable shop system. It's weird that equipped items are still in inventory, though -- makes the inventory larger than it would need to be otherwise.

Beat the game without using potions lol. kinda to easy if u know how to play rpgs well also Sidslayer if u click and hold the map u will auto move so u dont need to click alot.

Maybe a more smoother path finder program would help out so you could actually click behind something and it go around, and maybe make the option to be able to click on the mini map to run around so you aren't clicking so much

It's quite fun to me after a short while, however I have to say dragging skills to the bar is becoming a pain. It's so inconvenient.

Really enjoyed the game :)
Only thing that could be improved is the possibility to buy more than one potion at a time. Didn't really used the 127 health potions, but you never know ;)

Just be a glass cannon, and you'll get all the achievements in 30 minutes. A glass cannon is a high damage, high critical, low defense, one-shot kill person... well that is what I did, and good luck with this game, only used 7 potions in total.. :^) Make sure to add me, if this helped you, or if you're looking for any friends on Kongregate. ~Vesti-Bulum

Welcome to the game... here's an unwinnable battle for you to begin with.. you died.
Far as I am concerned that's game fail.

fun game, looking forward to playing the sequels, hoping to see more of an open-world and a bigger map but if not that's fine, still enjoyed this a lot

Mages are a wee bit OP. I beat the game with a mage and only used one potion ever. I could beat almost every group of enemies with them only getting one round to attack after getting past the forest with the wolves in the beginning. Great game, however. Keep up the good work!

This is one of the best rpg on this site in my opinion, the only thing that i didn't like is that you have to click every time to move i wish you could use the arrow or AWSD keys to move would make it a lot easier to move around quickly.

Hmmm...this is odd. I've repeatedly dealt enough damage to get the "Crushing Blow" badge, but I haven't gotten the badge. I only did it by loading (NOT IMPORTING) a character at the final boss fight, but the requirements don't say anything about not using a loaded character, do they?

This game looks really promising and I'd love to play it, if only I can get past that black screen after the first intro battle...I hit refresh 3 times, and still got the black screen with the non-working icons. Yes, I saw the link about the bugs and even looked at it, but it's too much work for a game that I haven't really been able to play. Sorry. Fix the bug without making me jump through more hoops and I'll give it another go.

As far as balance goes, I found, as a rogue, the game was a bit too easy. Using a bow and focusing on that tree I was able to stun-lock all but the final boss. With that said, I found that the final boss had a much greater stun resistance and forced me to rely on my other abilities. I really feel like the stun resistance on the final boss had the right amount of risk-reward to its use to the point where I would modify all the other enemies to be the same way. This will make all the other abilites a player has at their disposal much more useful.
Another change I would consider is not bringing a player's health back to full at the end of every fight. This may be a big ask, but I think it would force a player to be more caeful to stock up on potions and lend more weight to Rogan's advice on stocking up on potions before entering the final cave.
Still, I really liked the game and may even play through it again as a mage or warrior. 5/5 from me =).

usually this is not my kind of game but this is fun!
i really like that all stats return to ´perfect´ after each battle,it makes is more easy =)
