Bleh. This needs two key additions to be really enjoyable. A blast radius upgrade and being able to buy back destroyed buildings. Or hell even one of these. So many wasted shields and accidental losses from spinning out missiles. >.<

When it's down to your one main base, earning resources is pretty unimportant (once your few main base items are full). Would have liked to be able to bring back dead buildings. Otherwise, a good time. I got 3606 missiles and no badge though :/ 4/5 - great game, need a little more to it.

Great game - reminds me of playing on the old Windows 3.1 back in the day... Upgrades + music make this infinitely more epic.

For those with the black screen no loading bug, I have the solution. Give it enough time to register the flash object is there, right click and click on play. For some reason it appears to not be auto playing, it could be a basic design oversight.

The game is fundamentally unbalanced. Any resources spent not on more missile ammo or shield regen is wasted because you lose all of your other buildings before they can be useful. Missiles need to give more resources, or building specials need to not use shields to activate.

FAK,finally got that imp badge,what a hellish one|Hints:First build don't upgrade buildings,just your main base,for the second,literally upgrade everything,starting from the flak and shield,the first build will give you all requirements except Disable,and second build will give you the disable requirement

Badge of the day is broken :( Mine is also stuck at 3. Maybe Kongregate should do some research on the badges before it makes them the badge of the day.

Anyone else think it's incredibly stupid that all you have to do to get the accuracy half of the medium badge is to hit one missile then die?

Getting the hard achievement is really easy. Just ignore all buildings other than the main one and only upgrade it. I got 55,901 points without every trying to save any of the other buildings.

The concept isn't new, the gameplay is fairly fun, the graphics are ok, But the soundtrack... that's what makes me give this thing 5 stars!

just got the imp. some advice: - for the "disabled" medal use fully upgraded flak with fully upgraded shield siphon, forget about emp & timestop!
- for "deadeye" medal just use your main tower and focus on targeting well
- for "resources" medal upgrade first level 1 flak, then shield siphon 1-> flak 2 -> shield siphon 2 -> flak 3 -> missile reload 1 -> flak 4 -> missile reload 2 -> shield siphon 3 -> shield recharge 1 and stay alive until you have 10000 resources while flak is shooting all the time (this is the hardest medal in my opinion)
- "kills" medal shouldn't be a problem

Really fun, but I do have a minor complaint; it may exist and I just can't find it, not sure! Anyways; I would have loved it if you gave a clear indication of how many dead-on shots, kills etc. A visual reminder of progress is always a nice addition to a game like this. Some may feel it would make the game feel a lot slower, for me I love knowing as I progress, especially later in the game when there's so much crap on your screen that you can't think. :)
It's a very minor addition, but it would have been nice to have on the pause menu or something. 5/5 though, great addictive game!

I do have the ability to coat my Flak turret with gold plating made from scrap metal of destroyed missiles, but I am not able to rebuild something?

Holy jesus, I just had a run that made my hand go numb it went so long, second time playing this game after literally years. I thought I did good, and I did. Got the SAM Sharpshooter badge from it.
But was at 2660 missiles endured. I wasn't even going for that medal, but now that I should be I almost feel discouraged. That run took forever, I can hardly imagine doing it again (and then some).

Commander: I wanna buy faster missile reload. Engineer: You can't afford that.It's 800 rescources for the first upgrade only. But we have cheaper stuff. Look this slows down time. Commander: Oh I can afford such things?
Engineer: Actually basic pack is only 100 rescources, sir.

so... emp disables the missiles, but they still explodes when they hit your buildings. thats the only part i dont like

@HyateRedet, when you die, the 5 medals that pop up have worded descriptions in them, including % accuracy, highest combo, and # of rockets endured

YO: For all the badges, the counter is implemented based on the medal, and not the value. Bronze = 4, Silver = 3, Gold = 2, Platinum = 1 I think. The best so far counts your best MEDAL. In theory, you get your badge when your medal value is equal to or lower than the set value.

TIP for medium badge: Flak gun/cannon/thing ("4") stops "Kills in a row" when misses.. don't use it if you're going for the 40 hits in a row

I used a flak-based game for the 400 disables and a main building only game for the rest..at one time there were 10-15 deployed greens and I was out of missiles...

Get a high enough score and the game itself asks if you're Enjoying Carpal Tunnel. Absolutely brilliant, the one missile command game I can't leave alone.
