Potential game. Some suggestions: let dwarf choose which side of the hut he wants to go (he always goes to the right), put objectives and missions like collecting ores and finding certain artifacts, put a store to buy equipments like thermal-suits that let you go deeper and create an ending.

"Beware, not every shopkeeper pays the same for your valuables…"
Good to know the pices of each ore. Wait. They are not telling me...
Nice game otherwise.

The only artifact actually worth anything is the first one you find then the rest are worthless. this need re-balancing

If you have problems getting lost you could try what I do to strip mine entire maps. Once you have the best pick all you do is go to the top of the map and go to the furthest point of one side. Then start heading to the other side, everytime you come across a shop simply make a shaft under the shop down to the bottom of the map, that way no matter what depth you are at you know where the shops are.

I love it! Not only kept playing because there are no more goals to achieve. Just desire to be at the top of the score!

I walked right for long enough and came across a couple more shops. I got 6 artifacts on the way, all imitations, and after a while I hit a wall. I managed to sell every single item I had and make it to the other side by mining in a straight line going right, on the sixth block down. This way I got the maximum amount of depth while also being able to view when I passed a shop.

I hit a game wall to the left, but walking right for a really long time gets me nowhere. It's simply too easy to get lost in this game, so a minimap and clear boundaries that go downward forever would be nice.

Let me preface this by saying I like mining games a lot for some reason, and this one is no exception...
But this lacks "zazz", that certain sense of purpose that makes a good mining game great. I dug and dug until I got the $31,500 for that goddamn Mythril pickaxe, and then the game just kind of /ended/... Really? What was all that work for? How about giving the little midget (excuse me, "dwarf") something to live for? A mansion made of Mythril bricks that he wants to build, accumulating a pile of junk for some broad he wants to woo only to have her dump him anyway, a crazy contraption that allows him to drill down into that lava (ehh uhh, I think it's lava, anyway...)
What I'm trying to say is that this is a good game, but adding a little something so that it's less of a "sandbox" would make it a great game.

a map of the places you mined would help. also, info on the pick-axes'
(level required, type of rock it destroys) would be nice.

Sweet game, has great potential. Needs: goals after mithril pick, adjustable controls. Would be nice: crafting, building, dangers, etc.

Overall a fun little game to divert you for ten minutes but not really something with lasting power as the end game is quick to reach and is solid grind, there is no variation of gameplay or anything much at all except that it gets easier at the end!?! Not really a sandbox but not really not either - but definitely a short game.

I think that shop is defying gravity, i dug under it...yet it didnt fall in the hole.... seems legit. The shopkeeper must be using elven majik :3 But what about dem animals...? Doggy Magic. :3

Feels a little empty to me, I love the mining part but there doesn't really seem to be much of a goal past getting the best pickaxe, except maybe setting a high score. Could use more goals, mini map as others have said, I'd like a bag upgrade for more space and maybe some better music as well, the music is kind of depressing in my opinion. Other wise nice game.

Not a bad start but... It seems unfinished. Also, Way to much XP needed to get the first ax. Got bored with it before getting there.

Great game. It'd be nice to be able to see the part just to the right of where it says "Level:" so that I wouldn't waste my time trying to buy a new pickaxe when I'm (I'm guessing here) 3 levels shy.

Loved it, bit repetative but i assume its still a work in progress, liked the music, though i agree maybe not that fitting, nice to listen too whilst digging though :D. very relaxing, hopefully that will get ruined by the addition of some sorta of monster(zombies/giant spiders/some what less giant but still really big spiders or something else maybe). 4/5 and favorited, I'd like to see what you had to this game if it IS really still a work in progress

I wonder where the shop owner gets all that money for your diamonds and ores at? i mean you are his only customer, and you only pay him for tools and wood.Something is fishy about this!
