Zeldas, the greek version of that myth ended with him turning his daughter to gold and with him getting rid of the powers. There was no ending where he turned things back. He was wrong; that's why.

A good concept but far too short. It ends as soon as the puzzles get interesting. When I was done I just got disappointed right as I was getting into it.

One more glitch. I exited the game in the middle, and came back and continued on the level I left off. Anyways, I finished the game, and in hopes of replaying the entire game, I refreshed the page. I ended up at the level I previously left off on, and my character couldn't move.

i finished the game and then read the comments and i said "nahh this game doesnt have 15 lvls" it was fun, simple and beautiful, 5/5

Great great game! Cool concept, yet simple to pick up. Your introductory levels were great ways to teach the game.
One suggestion...make the "up arrow" do jumping as well. I haven't completed the game yet, so it's possible the up is used for something else?
Thanks for making a great game!

I love and hate that if you try to play again. I love how it's a metaphor for you can't do things over again. I hate it because I want to play again. ):

the ludum dare 22 is the same one Notch entered when he made Minecraft little brother, Minicraft, and in the description it tells that this was made for the Ludum dare 22 :P

my first time to rate 5-stars on mini-games which only have a "ding" sound for completing a level.
It is a great example to demo incredible gameplay!!
You don't need ultimate graphics and sound effects.
You only need a simple objective, simple control, bug-free and fun concept!! (5/5)

Nice concept and a great implementation. No need for tutorials. The person who suggested it must have figured it out -- does he assume he's that much smarter than everyone else? I found myself wishing for a few more levels when it was over -- always a good sign. But probably not worth it unless you come up with some more tricks you have to figure out, and not just more of the same. Great game, though!

You know this whole thing could have been avoided if he could just deal with taking off his gold crown every once in a while. Now he has to deal with the fact he turned his woman into gold...

Really Great game 5/5 i noticed that there were alot of cases where the block would fall on my head but i would not get crushed and i could just jump up, possibly add something to where it kill if the player is within the block, other than just touching the bottom while it is falling? I dont know how coding works but its an idea. I really love the game though, i would like to see more by you guys.

These story/allegory games are usually really lame but this one didn't overdo it too much with the text, and the gameplay was actually pretty fun. The minimalistic art worked well also. Nice job.

Oh. If i had to give up being unable to solve a level i would have rated it five stars for being smarter than me. But instead i'm unable to jump it properly, so its platformer side prevails, and i can't play platformers.

Level 13? Run to the right, jump and touch the platform the wife is standing on (avoid touching the one to the left of her), drop down on the right side, making sure to touch the other platform below her. Quickly touch the water and go back to the right, before jumping back to the left.

After you've beaten the game to the credit, press M/ESC to go back to level select, and if you press space-bar, you'll be brought back to the credit again.

The idea of the credits level is that, he keeps trying to reach her, not realizing he had already turned her to gold, if he touches her though SHE'LL LIVE, since he's water, so when he becomes water he'll save her if he touches her, and become gold, but he can't reach her because it's a neverending cycle, this is represented by you trying every time but failing... did I get it right Mr.Wander?

I WILL MAKE THE JUMP AND SAVE YOU MY GOLDEN PRINCESS!!!!!!!!
(this was me on the credits level trying to make the jump to the princes for 15 minutes...why do i waste my life on such things?)

This brings Greek mythology to a new, heart-wrenching level. I haven't seen any glitches, a simple but deep game for just starting from scratch.

Good game, 5/5. However, the gap on the credits levels seems to far too jump. Maybe that's in keeping with the "Alone" theme? If it's intentional that the level is unwinnable, then perhaps a note to that effect should be displayed after 3 attempts.

@nosiepops One can right click and "Rewind" to get some kind of level selection, then click 1. I agree with you on the need of a clear reset button though.
