Thing-Thing Arena 3. All I can really say is that it's a slight improvement over the previous Arena games, but they're not my cup of tea personally.

For those curious about how to play Thing Thing Arena 3 post-Flash with the SuperNova SWF Enabler plug-in, use this address provided below by copying the entirety of it and pasting it onto the address bar at the top of your browser to ensure that it bypasses the ‘GameShell’ issue that have plagued many earlier games of Kongregate: supernova://play/?swfurl=https://chat.kongregate.com/gamez/0003/8940/live/TTA3_Secure_2_.swf?kongregate_game_version=1239225358 Make sure that your latest installation of SuperNova works correctly, as it will not function if it cannot load games that can work fine without this bypassing of the SWF files here. As a tip for this game, experiment with the different guns to get a feel for what style of gun fight that suits your gameplay style the most, as many of the firearms each have their own pros and cons. Note that, to get past the intro, it is worth restarting the Supernova client as this has worked on second/third attempts.

I can't get it to load past the PLAY screen at the beginning. It loaded fine on the Diseased Productions site. Fun game!

To get the medium badge basically do what Sunrunner1605 said + get both a Rebound Gun and a Lazer Gun as your only weapons. Stay at the very corner where you can see enemies at the other alcove to regenerate HP and if you are feeling adventurous you can go to the ledge to kill the enemies that spawn in front of you. Kill these with the Rebound Gun. When going down to the floor below, empty your Rebound Gun first, then use the Lazer Gun until empty, go back to the alcove to recover health, rinse and repeat.

@Skaia when that happens reload the game, at the start I was stuck with the character typing and nothing else happening until I reloaded the game

Shoot until you run out of ammo, then die cause you cannot shoot. I only had 2 weps to choose from... pistol and machine gun. More and more enemies come and they have better weps, the midum badge may as well be an impossible badge because I need better weps and more ammo to match let alone get anywhere near the 5000 pts needed

Better "trick" for the medium badge (which makes it an easy one):
Select Custom Game then choose Dungeon and Arena map.
Go to the right side of the map and hug the wall. Enemy will always spawn on the left side, you can just spam your weapon and wait there forever.
You can pick up new weapons from the foes you kill or you can pick up the ammo that's close by. Protip always have laser/gauss rifle.

"50 kills (casual mode) – This will be reported once you meet your demise." It's so easy that I have to kill myself in order to get the badge. Pretty boring game. Just walk around and hold left mouse button sometimes. No interesting story or whatever. Just the most casual shooter.

Ugh. Another one. Almost all of this RnG type, this control scheme, arena style, esp no story, are complete crap. Even worse, ugly ass tweens and it looked like the badge doesn't work. ALT-PRT'd for a cap, but refreshed just in case and found out that I didn't actually need to report it after all. It just didn't track right in-play. Dunno if others will have same experience, but at least that's a plus. Game still blows in all the wrong ways though.

badge was very straight forward, kind of a drag to get all 50 kills cause only 1 guy at a time but still very easy so 4/5

OK, once I finally got the game going, it was really easy to get the badge. I wound up with 85 kills total before dying.

"Instructions are unclear." Seriously? There are no instructions, and clicking on "play" does nothing, and yes, I waited a while.

Not a pro at shooting games, but i just followed jllum888's comment and got the medium badge first try. Tip: lab level, lower left, Grenade Dart Launcher, jump and shoot once at enemy and land at second level, wait for dart to explode, repeat. (space to swap weapon)

The game and badges are working (I played on Chrome), but you have to wait for a while before clicking "PLAY!". If it doesn't work, refresh the page and keep trying until it works. Instructions are unclear so here it is: arrow keys/WASD to move, left mouse click to fire, spacebar to drop weapon, E to switch weapons. Medium badge is actually easy if you follow the top comment (trust me, I suck at games like this and I hate all Thing Thing games but I still got the badge). Be sure to keep Grenade Dart Launcher because once you heal up in the lower left corner of medium lab map, jump to the top and fire it 3 times towards your enemies then jump back down, and you'll get multiple kills worth a lot of points! If enemies come into your healing spot, switch to another weapon and quickly kill them off. Collect ammo just above your healing spot as often as possible to recharge your Grenade Dart Launcher. This game has the hardest Medium Badge I know of. I would consider it harder than an "easy" Hard Badge. The main difference is that Hard Badges usually take time to complete, while this badge requires skill, luck and doing a run without making mistakes. It took me 4 years with on and off playing, failing, and losing interest, until I finally got the badge somehow. Some strategy tips posted here are good, but whatever you do there is never a 100% sure way to complete it. It takes retrying, getting used to the game mechanics and that all important luck factor. Thing-Thing Arena 3, I still remember you 11 years later!

Getting both Badges while mostly standing still: search for an area where the enemies have to jump in and just whack everyone with the pipe. Most of them seem to position themselves too close to you to actually hit you.

you are fighting a single enemy soldier who is charging at you. you rip his guts open with a shotgun, then fire three arrows into his forehead, but he doesn't stop. then you shoot him in both legs, and yet he charges at you and beats you into a corner. Desperatly, you fire one last time, hitting him on the top of his foot, and he explodes, splattering blood everywhere. great game 9.5/10

That moment when you're running to go heal somewhere, and when you lose the enemy, one jumps up at you from the floor below and kills you by shooting you through the floor.
