The beginning to a classic flash game series, but a rough start to be sure. The game lacks polish, is exceedingly short, and is more frustrating to play than fun.

It seems this and the other games in the series are no longer playable on this site even with the SuperNova player. I had to play this over at CrazyMonkeyGames. Still, I love this short and sweet game. The developer was obviously just screwing around when he made this game; getting the hang of things. There's something so charming to me about that.

it was alright though very short and not much of the game. now before you tell me that the other versions are much better. keep in mind i'm not rating the other version. i'm rating this game. the other versions could be the best games in the world for I care but i'm talking about this game here. it is short and not so deep.

Love the series as a whole. The game was way before its time, but what it developed to on future installments became pretty dope imo. 3/5

Past the elevator, there should be several cells on the background. One cell numbered "318" (can be spotted in the room with the blinking lights, this cell is the cell without lights being seen through the bars) can be secretly entered with the spacebar and contains weapons and extra health packs.

I killed the Guy in the cell when he was talking with Fists and i'm stuck, tried everything! should put a pause button or something in there! (lol)

Four out of five.
This game is great; even though it may be a short adventure. The combat is loud and entertaining. The large selection of guns and an impressive roster of customization options for your character makes this game no doubt great.
I'd like to see a little more replay value next time but this is the only minor constructive problem I have with this game.

I liked the game besides it being incredibly short and the lack of any replay value. I liked the character customization, the attention to detail, the sound of the gunshots, and even the robust boss battle. More modes, badges, SOMETHING to make this game last longer than a few minutes would have helped boost my overall experience of this game. (3/5)

Thing-Thing is a solid game - albeit a little short. I really liked the extensive customization options and the briefly-explained story to prepare for the sequel. In my opinion, it laid down the foundation for this series nicely and I look forward to playing future titles. I've given this game a three out of five.

Step 1: Kill doctor Step 2: Wonder how to get out of cell Step 3: Reload page because game does not have a Pause function, let alone a Return To Menu or Quit button Step 4: Repeat Steps 1-3 until you're sick of it, then go to Step 5 Step 5: Rate game 1/5 for lack of Pause, Quit, Return To Menu and/or Mute functions and lack of way to leave original padded cell. Easy enough game... do I get points or something?

Thing-Thing is a great game; even if the campaign is incredibly short. The variety of weapons, and the ability to customize your character seizes to impress me. The soundtrack is calm and soothing, which was a nice touch. However, I would like the health bar to be tweaked just a tad. Overall, great game, Weasel. I've given your game a four out of five.
