1948 tips. Do as Xenon said - fly the gas plane in a straight line, letting the other plane weave in an S fashion IN FRONT OF THE GAS. Your planes WILL get damaged if you stay in the gas. Once the 3 faster planes are dead, make a large u-turn (don't worry, the fat plane won't be near) and split up, one going to the top, one to the bottom. Wait and see which one the flying wing follows, and use that one as bait. The other plane is going to be your attacking plane. Just follow the Wing as it tries to follow your bait, and it should be dead in no time.

Wow. I did the 1948 mission taking no dmg... although i wasnt watching a plane and it drove off the map and i got penalized for that :*(

@ equinox666 - Saying that the game "sucks" without any explanation is really unfair towards the developers. They obviously put a great effort into this game and deserve constructive criticism. You are free to dislike it if it doesn't meet your taste, but give the people behind the game the chance to improve their work. Regarding me, I think this is one of the best games on Kongregate. Some levels are really challenging, but they all are accomplishable. Well done :)

I've rarely played a flashgame with an addictive music like that, in fact it's the only with Mardek RPG. REally good game btw. 5/5

@boiledkitten, Xenon155's strategy worked like a charm lol, the gas kills them very quickly before they can even get to you as long as you follow what he said correctly, and the flying wing is so slow you can literally kill him in one fly-by just going super slow from the start, I got a "LUDICROUS" combo of like 107 just pounding on that sucker with one plane..

a fun tactic for 1940: have both plans fly forward, but then slightly towards each other so they target the opposite dusters. Then have both planes uturn so they start chasing with out crossing the poison case, and just have them fly in a helux with each other. Neither will get hit by the poison and will keep alternating targets... it's quite cool to watch.

You should make the no mansland avaliable to see so you cna escape the area of the screen! i keep getting my target outside the map!

I really wanted the hard badge since its worth double today but the game saving glitch is making it impossible I've gotten past 1939 5 times now but I can't get to 1948 I tried pressing F but that didn't help

To get the 1948 badge: Firt get rid of everyone but the bomber. o do this, simply make the gas plane stay behind the other plane and use gas every two turns. You should kill three enemies in 3 - 4 turns. Then just lure the bomber with one of your planes and attack it from behind with the other one. + to keep it alive.

If only you could see the fire range of the enemies, or is it already possible. If so, do explain, otherwise, hope it can be in the next update.

Boy, I sure love how my planes have no discretion and will gladly shoot each other while the enemy has no such problem

YEah! Finally got the hard badge (of the day)! And before the medium. Fortunately, 1948 is one of the easiest levels. Just align the two planes, continue to spit out poison with the rear one, and all three planes will go down before the map's end. Than distract bombino with one plane, and stay behind him with the other (at minimum speed). Immediately down. I failed once because i forgot about one plane, and sent him out of bounds (it exploded... such a stupid thing...). Another time I pressed play without slowing down the plane behind bombino...

Man, if this game had some kind of upgrade system it would be a real winner. It sucks that you can't choose your special abilities and such.

Am I the only one that the game keeps resetting on? Every time I bet certain levels, it resets on me. Like the first time, I bet 1917 it reset, then it did it again.
