Great game.
Nice difficulty, haven't had a game with this much challenge in a while.
Getting no damage taken on 1950 is very difficult, but doable.

@NotOurKing: I actually just did 1939 and got 4 stars; 1.Left it alone.2.Top plane turns up w/shield, bottom plane turns down w/shield.3.Make your planes go after the others chaser and thats pretty mush it.

How surprising to see I lasted so long ... I am still unsure if I am supposed to be aiming just ahead to cut them off, but it worked up until 1940 :( I like the 'feel' of the graphics being almost vintage and do see why the planes have to be the colours they are so you can see them, but it does jar ever so slightly. Great game for when you have a few minutes and the promotions are great, just a pity I have to stop at corporal :(

Now for a rating: This game is damn fun once you get the hang of it. Predicting the enemies' movements can be difficult, but therein lies much of the challenge. I enjoyed the originality of the game, and it ran smoothly on my old ass computer. I have no reason to NOT give this game a 5/5.

Great Game! Can't wait till the next version comes out.. but this one is good enough to keep me going till then!
I'd LOVE to see you come up with a STEAM TANK variation on this theme... Keep going with the genre and I'm sure you'll be one of the greats in no time!
( Steam Mecha would ALSO make you one of the greats.. I'm pretty sure! Ever hear of an ancient game called 'Mechforce' for the Amiga computer? )

Brilliant - Reminiscent of the miniatures game "Wings of War". 5/5. Want mission creator so I can keep playing. I've got 59/60- Just 1946 keeps me from a 'perfect'.

Geat game ... a little bit of a challenge! although alot better than most games, some games are to easy.

very hard, but fun. I couldn't get the medium badge, and definitely neither of the hard badges, but still 5/5 and faved. :D

5/5 i really dont see why so many people want a new plane, the one you have is pretty good and it makes the game challenging at some points.

What I would add to it is the ability to use different planes, perhaps upgrades to the planes,and a custom level maker.

Very very good. This is one of the best games I have played in Kong. Extremely original and interesting, with LOTS of potential for improvement! 5/5 with a high 5!

great game it would be a awesome strategy game multiplayer but its not my type of game 5/5 (just because it is good but its not my type maybe u noobs can learn something from this)
