In the room with the platform that descends when you get on it, if you go right back to the transporter room, you can fall into a trap on the left edge of the screen.

This game needs a sequel SO BADLY. The balance and pace and visceral feel of taking down an enemy has brought me back to this game dozens of times since it was released. I got the badge back in 2009, and this game still holds up.

One of the worst games I've (tried to) play. "Oh look, you were off by one pixel - you're dead and have to redo the whole screen".

Very cool game. Should have made an alternate ending for those who played it and want to replay it. Something that could be done that you don't notice the first time around at the end. But otherwise a very good game 5 stars from me.

so ya know that tutorial room where it teaches you to use ctrl to sneak by the werewolves? its possible to kill every werewolf in that room. no joke.

"Hey, I have this game with kinda wonky controls, do you know what I could add to it?" "I know, a level where you have to be really precise with the controls! Oh, and make the screen flash like crazy for no reason."

I had no idea the sequel to this game existed on Kongregate! Check it out! â–º â–º â–º http://kongregate.com/games/greatcogs/vox-populi-vox-dei-episode-2

Um. Did anyone else see the small moving line of pixels between some of the werewolves legs. I really have a bad idea of what it is. If yo don't know what I mean. I'm talking about their tale.

I can see why you wanted those flashing lights -- the room wouldn't be that hard otherwise -- but I'm not playing a game that's going to give me a splitting headache.

Came here cos of badge of the day... Could be a fun game... and the graphics are really nice, and I love the cute sound he makes when he pounces. but the controls are really tricky to get around, especially having to press ctrl or down + space =/ especially for mac users, where the ctrl (cmd) key is right next to the spacebar - guess I'm not that good at games which require quick reflexes, but that really didn't help. also felt that the controls could be somewhat buggy in general... when trying to run away into a teleporter, I wouldn't be able to teleport. Or if I ran left while invisible, trying to change and run right wouldn't work. Not a very good description, sorry. But basically felt that the controls were jammy for me, was very frustrating to play. (I'm playing with a Mac on Chrome...) Well, I still managed to finish the game, but because of the controls I didn't enjoy it as much.

@BrainPan, that's why that's in the game. If you could kill the werewolf without it taking time, the puzzles would be too easy. You have to find ways to kill, without the other wolves seeing you in time. Plus, since the game restarts you at the beginning of each new puzzle immediately on failure, so you can try to figure out where you're making a mistake.

The frustrating part is you can't disengage from a werewolf once you attack them, meaning if your jump attack moves you & your werewolf victim into the path of another werewolf, you won't be able to avoid the other werewolf's attack. However, you don't have to kill every werewolf (and trying to will get you killed more often than not). Aside from that, it's a very nice game.

That was an ending. Leaving me after I died multiple times to save you then getting punched by that big guy. I liked the game. The only annoying part was the flashing room with steam.

I hate how everyone is disliking this game, I completed it a while ago for my own enjoyment. It's an amazing game designed now only to test your logic but to test your reflexes. Great job weremsoft! 5/5

this game is a major pain specifically the first cloak room unless you can jump and slide the wolves to what seems like a perfect pixel point you cant get past them unless im just completely stupid in the fact i dont have to attack them at all

on the second game you kill much bigger and stronger creatures, why cant u just kill the big-ass wolf in the end or maybe turn invisible and run away??i mean it would be possible only if it was 3d not 2d..that doesnt feel right.

Vox Populi Vox Dei - The voice of the people is the voice of god.
This game can be interpreted in so many ways, but I take it as the main character being a freedom fighter against the oppressive government (Like V). He runs around trying to make things right, but in the end the voice of god ends his conquest because the people are too satisfied with their life as it is and don't want anything better. So the big werewolf at the end symbolizes the complete assimilation of the opinions of the masses into the government's regime. Ultimately killing the main character is a sign of no hope left for the general population and the death of freedom.
